“Apt exactly as described. Beautiful decor, convenient location, clean, large, comfortable for family, quiet. Not close to metro but very close to bus line taking you to most major sites easiky. It was great niegjbothood for strolling and soaking up atmosphere. Paris Perfect had a greeter meet us and show the apt and answer any questions. We called once when we couldn't figure out how to use tv and someone came right to the apt to help- excellent service. They recommended a taxi service from sirport that was very efficient and reliable. The little extras like that made our stay perfect."

"My family of four stayed at Fleurie for 6 days in June. The ParisPerfect people could not have been more accommodating or more thorough in making this easy - from suggestions/guidance on preparing for the trip, where to eat, what to see, where to shop, to helping with transportation to and from the airport/train station, etc. This apartment was ideal for my family, with close proximity to Eiffel and surrounding sites (basically most things were walkable - good excuse to walk off some of the calories from the excellent food), and with Metro just up the street. The apartment has one roomy bedroom - the kids slept on a generous pullout in the living room, but how cool is it to go to sleep with a view of the Eiffel tower lit up outside the window. Fleurie was well furnished, with everything we needed for our comfort, as well as everything to prepare our own meals, do some laundry (incredibly useful since we had been traveling prior to Paris), do some planning with the free WiFi, and basically to enjoy Paris. The neighborhood felt very secure, and was well positioned for site-seeing, dining out, morning pastries, shopping (the proximity to Rue Cler was particularly useful), and as a base for exploring farther afield. We considered the ParisPerfect apartment a great value compared to other options (e.g. hotels where we probably would have had to reserve 2 rooms to accommodate our family) and would not hesitate to do the same on future trips. Highly recommended."

"I actually had intended to write sooner to let your staff know that the cab driver I found on Rue St. Dominique the day we left got us to the airport on time for our flight in spite of the music festival. Thank you to the office staff for their concern and helpful suggestions when Victor's driver could not get through the traffic to pick us up. We loved our Paris Perfect Fleurie apartment! The location was wonderful with 2 of our favorite restaurants right around the corner and the Eiffel Tower so close by. The apartment itself was lovely and beautifully clean. Your staff could not have been more helpful and kind. All in all, Paris Perfect helped make our trip to Paris most enjoyable. I have already recommended you to anyone I know who is even thinking of going to Paris in the future."

" This was our first experience of staying in an apartment rather than a hotel in Paris. Although rather more expensive we found the extra space and facilities more than made up for the cost. Everything was there and the location was ideal - we did not eat in too much as there are so many good cafes and restaurants nearby but it was also very convenient to local shops for those times we did want to have a light meal 'at home'. This particular apartment is very close to the PP office so not too far to take the luggage. After our stay in Fleurie we were travelling outside Paris for a couple of weeks and had arranged to move into another PP apartment 'Nuits de St George' on our return. Overall, an excellent place to stay."

"April in Paris! It was simply magical! Everyday and evening was warm and everyone was enjoying the wonderful weather. We loved exploring our neighborhood and especially food shopping along Rue Cler. The best treat at the end of each day was returning to our Fleurie apartment. It was spacious and relaxing and each evening we looked forward to the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. "Fluerie location was perfect in the 7th district. The neighborhood is so much fun with nice restaurants and shopping close to the department. My wife is very picky about accommodations but she was happy with Fluerie. The size of the apartment was not too small and my son could sleep over during our visit in the sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. We would select this apartment again. "

"My teenage granddaughter and I had a wonderful 10 days in the beautiful Fleurie apartment. Everything was as described or better --- roomy layout, elegant and comfortable furnishings, great kitchen with nice appliances ----- everything spotless and working well. The building itself was also very nice --- clean and secure. The neighborhood --- Avemue Rapp and Rue Saint-Dominique was great for all our needs. Wonderful food shopping, and buses on the corner. I would rent a Paris Perfect apartment again when I return to Paris."

"Fleurie was a lovely and comfortable apartment with plenty of space for the two of us. It is a little larger than it appears on the website. Had a great view of Eiffel Tower from our living room double window. Kitchen was roomy and well appointed for cooking, which we did 3 nights, shopping like a Parisian at the Rue Cler market which is nearby. Nespresso machine was addicting! Many great restaurants within a few blocks (3 Christian Constant restaurants, which were fabulous) as well as boulangeries and patisseries for bread and baked goods every morning. Bed and bath rooms were lovely and comfortable. It was everything we wanted, and the Paris Perfect staff were immensely helpful. Your guidebook was a very valuable reference. Your recommended personal tour guides were fabulous! We will definitely be coming back to Paris and to Paris Perfect for our accomdations. Thanks for helping make our trip a lovely and memorable experience."

"A girlfriend and I stayed 8 nights in Fleurie in the 7th Arondissement. The location was perfect, and the apartment was delightful. We felt very secure day and night, and the building is immaculate. The Rue St. Dominic area and the Rue Cler shopping district are close and easy to navigate. While the RER stop and the Metro stops are a bit of a walk, we were up to it and loved all of the transportation options, particularly the #69 bus. The Bateau Mouche, the Eiffel Tower, the D'Orsay Meuseum, the Louvre and other sites were within a few minutes commuting distance. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood, and the museums are just a few stops away on the RER or the metro. All in all a perfect vacation! Additionally, the Paris historic district is so beautiful, clean, with so much to see that we will have to return!"

"We absolutely loved the Fleurie appartment. It was perfect for the three of us. It was fabulous to have a greeter help us into our apartment and show us around. The Fleurie allowed us to have our own personable space. Our son slept on the pull out couch, while we had the bedroom. Fleurie is spacious, warm and lovely. We enjoyed the services of WiFi and the phone, what a treat. Even the EXPRESSO machine was amazing...I felt the area tge building is in and our apartment very safe. The fact that you had prepared that wonderful tip/what to do booklet really helped us out in our purchases of food/wine/pasteries and allowed us to get a feel for where we were etc. We walked almost everywhere...so location was amazing...We certainly would rent again from your company without hesitation and we hope to persuade any friends to rent from you should their destionation be Paris. "My friend Linda and I had a lovely week in the Fleurie. During the day, we braved the bus and Metro from our apartment to Montparnasse, Le Marais, Ile de La Cite, to Les Champs Elysees and beyond. We savored the markets along La Rue Cler, along with neighborhood patisseries, boulangeries, and chocolatiers. The shopping (especially the shoes and "lunettes"!) was Oooo-la-la. At night, we sipped our Port and nibbled macarons watching the Eiffel Tower glitter out our livingroom window. We'd need to move to Paris to even attempt to take it all in...La Seine et Paris Perfect, au revoir at a bientot!"

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and the fleurie apartment was so special and fit our needs perfectly. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to markets, cafe's, and all the wonderful attractions in Paris. Everything worked so smoothly and was exactly as advertised. What can we say other than thank you very much for allowing us such a wonderful experience in Paris. The city was great- but no other memory can come close to having dinner and wine over looking the Eiffel Tower and the city. Our favorite daytime activity was going to the markets every day for provisions and learning the names of the merchants we frequented. The amount of attention to detail I observed in your operation is unmatched by the Ritz or the St. Regis. The on call doctor, the step by step instructions on how to use the appliances, and the compimentary nespresso cartriges were such a nice touch. The bottom line is that we could not have had this experience in a hotel. Please use us as a reference if you wish as it is our desire, and in our best interest, to see your business thrive.

As we sit here on the night before out departure, my wife and I are commenting on the wonderful time we had in Paris and at your apartment. It is rare to find a destination where everything is just as promised, but we did find that here. Every service and restaurant you recommended was "perfect". From La Fountaine de Mars, to the taxi service - and of course 17 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. We found our own destinations too. Since we are all interested in jazz, we made our way to the New Morning club to see a great local guitarist Nguyen Lee. The club owner recommended an isolated restaurant called Brasserie Flo on Petite Ecuries which was excellent. I have friends and acquaintances acquired over the last 35 years that I would not hesitate to recommend your services to them. After high school, I toured US and Europe as a jazz trombonist playing with Ray Charles, Louise Bellson, Harry James and others. Later in life, I became involved in online/internet businesses starting in 1988 and have been in that field ever since. I now run my own business as a consultant. (Philippe, one of my clients over the last 2 years has been WebMD) There are so many friends I would recommend your services to and look forward to sharing our experience with them.Thank you again for wonderful time.”

“This was our second apartment that we stayed in while in Paris and we absolutely loved it. With its proximity to various attractions and restaurants. There are many great places to eat but by far our favorite was Gusto Italia on Rue de Grenelle a few stops down from its intersection with Avenue Bouronnais. It is also a very good place to eat if you are traveling with children. Another fun thing to do is rent a bike, they are available right outside the building. These bike rentals are reasonably priced and offer hours of enjoyment. Especially if you cross the Seine and ride on the paved two lane path. If you want to get out of the neighborhood walk down to the river near the Eiffel Tower and get a week long Batobus pass. The Batobus depart on average about every 15 minutes and will take you all over Paris. The SCNF/RER Metro stop is also located nearby ready to take you anywhere from around town to Versailles. However, you will need a special ticket to get to Versailles

“I don't know where to start...it's like you have a dream and everything becomes true. I loved every moment of it. This is my first time in Paris! My honeymoon. Paris Perfect made it more than Perfect. John and I had an amazing experience, we started from left to the right bank from the little to the big world it was simply great. Everything was special. We fell in love with Paris, we can't wait to come back and experience more of this lovely city. We felt at home.
