Our condo at Northstar is a full service resort. You have access to all of the facilities:

Our Ski Trail condo which sleeps 6 is a rare end unit. It is within the fabulous Northstar year round resort and nestled above the village. Our condo is a short walk across the private parking area to a trail which leads to the new pedestrian friendly village featuring a variety of shopping options from stylish boutiques, art galleries and specialty retailers to a collection of cafes and restaurants all centered around a year-round ice skating rink.. Once at the condo, put away your car keys and relax.
Our kitchen is fully equipped including a new, self-cleaning gas range, all dishes, silverware, glassware and pots and pans for most types of cooking. There is an electric coffee maker, and there are also additional items like paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, and dish soap for both the sink and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and is on the main level. A new queen and two new twin beds are in the loft. There is a stairway up to the converted loft. All bed linens are provided as well as bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths (for 6 guests) in the bathroom (1 Bath).
We have a flat screen TV with a combined VHS/DVD player.
There is a gas grill on the deck.

We include owners Guest Passes to access the Recreation Center and Pool/Spa areas which are a short walk away. There is a $2 per person, per day fee.

We have stayed at several condos at Northstar over the last 2 seasons, and this was a beautiful one! It was perfect for the four of us, very charming, so nicely furnished and very, very clean, with lots of lovely, thoughtful touches. Parking is no-hassle, laundry facilities are just up a landing, and the location of the condo is perfect for skiing. The owners have done much to make staying at their place as comfortable and convenient as possible. It was a wonderful place, and it made our stay at Northstar memorable.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I rented this condo for a couple nights to take a little vacation to the north shore , from the south shore of Tahoe where i live. Five friends from Tahoe and Vegas joined me for the perfect little ski slope gettaway in this cozy little condo. The location was perfect, steps to our personal groomed run. The shuttle to the hot tub was there in a few minutes each time we called. The hot tub itself was perfect. We keeped a wood fire burning in the evenings and had a blast. The owner was very kind and helpfull with getting us an early check in, and also getting the keys to us in short notice. Thank you...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My family of avid skiers who hate to waste time driving and parking just LOVES this little condo right next to the slopes! The location is exactly as described. It is ski in/ski out and it is within a walking distance to the village at Northstar. Everything in the condo is well-taken care off; very clean and well-maintained. The owner is the nicest person who is very helpful and accomodating. The photos describe the property realistically: it's rather cozy. I certainly recommend this property. In fact, after staying here 3 years ago we stayed at the Ski Trails condos every year since and this year we are coming back again to this condo! I can't wait. After the skiing is over go to the village. It is wonderful and has so many interesting eateries and stores. My favorite is the ice skating rink. It's open late and it's free with your own skates,Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family and I spent several days at this condo at Northstar and we had a fabulous time. The interior was warm and clean and all the amenities were taken care of. The location is fantastic. Black diamond skiing, fine restaurants, Lake Tahoe- beautiful scenery abounds. Needless to say we will be back soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time at the beautiful Northstar site. Lake Tahoe is always a favorite destination and to be able to stay this close to the lake and also to have a world class ski resort right outside the door was amazing. We were pleased with the cozy cabin and the atmosphere of being nestled in the pines as this condo is makes it a charming place to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We have been coming to Northstar since our children were babies. Now they're off to college! We love our location because it's so close to the trail. This year there's a new trail that has been put just outside our door for the folks in our building to make it a true 'ski in/ski out' unit!
Why the Owner Chose Northstar:
We purchaced our unit when our son was on a ski team in Tahoe. It seemed the perfect location with the new village being built.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We came for the winter and stayed for the summer. So many people say that. Now we enjoy the summer in Tahoe as much as we always enjoyed the winter
