Welcome to our wonderful mountain home deep in the heart of Breckenridge where recreational activities abound and everything important is only minutes away! You can be active all day summer or winter or sit for hours on our deck enjoying the deliciously cool summer air while watching many steady animal visitors such as native Colorado birds, hummingbirds and chipmunks who drop by to say hello. Our deck also welcomes you as a quiet place to both read, work on your computer, or visit with friends.
We have lovingly redone our home over the last couple of years in warm colors of yellows and golds complete with new furniture and kitchen fixtures. We have a Victorian master bedroom with a king-size bed , a Cowboy bedroom with a queen bed and one set of bunk beds, and an Indian queen bedroom. We also have a loft which can be used as a small children's playroom. This playroom area is visible to adults at all times during the day and can be closed off at night. Our grandchildren head straight for it! Please check the listing for all our amenities.
Another special feature our family enjoys is the cul-de-sac street we live on. There is very little traffic and we enjoy sitting on our deck, watching our children ride their bicycles up and down. Gardeners at heart, we also add new plants and trees each year. What a treat to watch our garden grow!

For you Bridge card game lovers, play is offered most afternoons a week at the Frisco Community Center --9 miles back on I-70. Fun, friendly, relaxed group! Very welcoming. Transportation is not a problem all over the area as free buses run regularly and the bus stop is a five minute walk from our home

Breathing in the oh so cool air, snow on the mountain as we sip our coffee, and riding my bike with the breeze rushing through my hair. I am always on the hunt for the Amber Glow in the evening that I hear so much about. You are blessed if you see it!!!

We love to meet and greet others and welcome them to our home. WE love to garden, take in the cool summers and enjoy the quiet sounds of snow on the streets. We are from the South, Texas, so do love the mountain air during the summer months. What fun to feel like you are on top of the world in the morning and go skiing in the afternoon!!!
