Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3000 to $3600/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $200 exit cleaning fee; $100 processing fee; $69 accidental damage insurance; 12.5% state and local taxes. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $100 for water and $250 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Please ask us about Travel Insurance. The Mermaid Cottage was just perfect! Everything that we needed was already thought of and there for us. We could walk to shopping and restaurants and the beach. The house is cozy and warm with many special little touches. We especially loved sitting in the backyard or on the back porch. You feel like you are in a tropical paradise. We will return!! Thanks for sharing with us!

What a beautiful house, with such attention to the details. My husband and I and another couple stayed here in October, this house is in a perfect location in downtown Islamorada. There are so many amenities, washer/dryer, internet, hammocks and a beautiful setting. We'll be back!

My husband and I recently stayed in the Mermaid's Cottage in August and loved its beautiful Key's artful decor. It was spacious, comfortable, upscale, and private, a lovely oasis. Walked to the ocean and restaurants, and fun places to shop. Will be back. Loved it. Felt relaxed and renewed. Ida
