Why the Owner Chose Charlevoix
We didn't buy a vacation rental with the primary purpose of renting, we bought a cottage for ourselves and we invite others to share it with us on a weekly rental basis. This location is right on Lake Michigan and close to the downtown business district and the new library. There is very little car traffic to deal with. We love to walk or bicycle to town, especially after dinner on the deck when thoughts of ice cream or fudge draw us downtown.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Certainly, a great benefit of our location is that combination of being right at the beach front while being within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants.
Owner's Map of Charlevoix
We've been vacationing in the Charlevoix / Boyne area of northern Michigan for over fifty years. During winters we skiied. During summers we stayed in Charlevoix for the beaches, boating, and socializing. We hope you will too.
