Enjoy the beautiful waterfront view from our shaded patio which sits slightly higher than our dock. From our dock, you can fish, crab or swim to your heart's content. In the evening, please enjoy grilling some great fish or steaks and look due west at a truly spectacular sunset. Honestly, it's a Million Dollar View!

Why the Owner Chose Annapolis
Annapolis is one of the most beautiful towns in America. It offers fabulous shopping, terrific restaurants, and is considered by many to be the sailing capitol of the United States. It is also the home of the U.S. Naval Academy which can be visited on foot or even seen from the water on one of many tour boats. Annapolis is also less than an hour drive from Washington, D.C with all of the museums and monuments, and it is 45 minutes from Baltimore, MD which has a world class acquarium.
