Exterior View - Ellijay Cabin Rental New home (named "Deer Tracks") is snuggled in the Mountain Resort Community of the Coosawattee River Resort (CRR). This new home is nestled in to the foothills, the pristine setting of the Coosawattee River Resort, and beckons the beauty of nature capturing the bountiful colors of the seasons, providing a relaxing and peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home and then some. You can enjoy all the amenities of the resort only minutes away from the clubhouse which features an indoor Olympic-size heated pool, child's pool, fitness room (with over 30 pieces of exercise and workout equipment), game room with pool table, foosball, table tennis, pin ball and various other games, snack bar and sitting area with large screen TV. Other amenities at the main club house include a picnic area, tennis court, basketball court, miniature golf course and shuffle board. There is tubing on the Coosawattee River, a teen center with an outdoor pool, ponds stocked with fish (no catch limit or fishing license required), and hiking trails. Bring your ATV and explore the 9,000 plus acres of the resort community. You are nearby to Carters Lake for boating and more fishing and public Golf courses. Horseback riding is at the entrance to the Eagle Mountain Gate. Shopping is only minutes away as well as restaurants to satisfy all of your dining preferences. The cabin is equipped with high speed internet, so bring your laptop and stay in touch via your email and internet connections. A printer and fax machine are also provided. The printer can be easily adjoined to your computer. Satellite TV via DIRECTV is provided in the Living Room, Master bedroom and downstairs Great Room. The cabin has a garage (remote provided) and has ample parking for other autos and hauling trailers and/or boat. The cabin is tastefully decorated with a sectional leather sofa with recliners, comfy queen-size beds and the touches that make you feel at home. The downstairs great room has a queen sized sofa bed, desk and a dinning table and chairs. There is ample space to accomodate inflatable mattresses to increase sleeping accomodations. A full size bath is located downstairs. The downstairs area also has a utility room with a washer and dryer. Relax on the deck or patio, watch the deer stroll by and enjoy their presence. The hot tub adds to your relaxation, a perfect compliment to the end your day or provide that romantic setting for you and your special someone. White water river rafting at the near by Ocoee or Nantahala River can provide that rush and thrill (site of the summer Olympics). Old town Ellijay offers a quaint setting, small restaurants, shops and antiques. The Blue Ridge Mountain railway offers the spectacular views of the season and is enjoyable for the entire family. Literature is available in the cabin with information on current community events, Apple Festival in October and the many attractions within the area. Remember you are a short drive to Atlanta with its treasure of sites and activities (Professional and College Sports) as well as Chattanooga (Aquarium) and Piegon Forge, TN, (Dollywood) and Cherokee Casino.
