Relax and rejuvenate in the tranquility of our home in Keauhou Resort. Located just south of Kailua-Kona, this unique townhouse community is nestled in a five acre tropical garden.

This townhouse unit is ocean front. Enjoy watching the whales with your morning cup of coffee. Later in the evening, wind down watching for the "green flash" at sunset.

The two bedroom/two bath + loft unit has been remodeled in July 2007 from top to bottom. The kitchen has been updated with Granite counters and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. Cooking utensils are provided for those to want to enjoy 'eating in'.

The living area is located on the lower floor of this townhouse unit. There is a TV/DVD available for your enjoyment along with a CD player. The lanai on this floor has a table and chairs for relaxation. A dining area features a table with seating for six.

The two bedrooms and bath are located on the lower floor. A king-size bed is in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom has two twins that can be converted to a king bed.

There are three swimming pools located on the property and two tennis courts. Relax with a good book while sitting in the shade at the covered tables or soak up the sun while laying on the chaise.
