Beautiful beach home on cul-de-sac. Within walking distance to all Hermosa Beach has to offer. Recently renovated three-bedroom, one and one-half bath home with spacious outdoor deck and built in spa. Hardwood floors throughout home, and ceiling fans in every room for ultimate comfort. Great for vacationing families with children and one pet or friends. Full kitchen for dining and entertainment. Spacious living room to accommodate friends and family. Dog house, a 5 burner gas grill, Weber charcoal barbecue, washer and dryer are all available for true convenience.

Relax and watch your favorite movie on TV, spend time in the office (wireless access and printer available). Better yet, head to the beach with your boogie board, beach towels and chairs that are provided, or step outside and take a walk or run, on the lush greenbelt. Play your favorite sport and stroll across the street to the park. Take advantage of fresh foods the farmers market has to offer every Friday.

This one story house is located off Ardmore Ave, three short blocks South of Pier Ave. Walking distance (four blocks) to the beach and (three blocks) to Shopping, Bars and Restaurants. Miles of bike paths white sand beaches and jogging trails are just outside your door. Across the street from the Greenbelt where you can jog or walk your dog.

Just 15 minutes from LAX and 40-50 minute drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills and Hollywood.

Great find in Hermosa Beach

We stayed here for 3 days over Labor Day 2010 with 7 people. The two twin beds, one queen bed, and two fold down futons accomodated us perfectly! Edna was absolutely a great hostess and very helpful and easy to communicate with when we were setting up our trip. The house has plenty of pans and dishes that you need to make a meal at home while you're there and the hot tub is a huge plus! GREAT location right off the greenbelt for a nice jog in the morning (and convenient to take my dogs out to go to the bathroom) as well as an easy walk to Pier Ave, where all the bars, restaurants and shopping is. Easy 10-15 min walk to the beach too. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to do so again myself next Labor Day!

My friends and I LOVE staying at this place! Edna owns it and lives behind the place, so it easy to get the key. The place is always very clean and you can't beat the location. It's a short walk from the Pier -- beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. We stayed here twice last summer and are planning on doing the same thing this summer. I highly recommend the place. You can't beat the location, price, and the owner! Enjoy.
