Beautiful Million-Dollar home located in the beautiful Yacht Club area. This is a 2000 square foot home was built in 1999, and was completely remodeled in 2005. Surrounded by 12 Royal Palms trees and much more landscaping, you will feel like your in your own tropical paradise. This is the nicest vacation rental in the yacht club area, and is located only a 1/2 mile from the "only beach in 20 miles." You can walk or bike (4 mountain bikes included)to the beach. If you just want to relax , enjoy reading or sunbathing on the pavered lania, and to cool off just jump in the beautiful heated pool with a waterfall. You can also grab a fishing pole (included) and fish in the canal right off the dock. Since the home is only 200 yards to the Caloosahatchee River many assorted salt water fish are available to catch. The dock even has a "Snook" light to attract the fish at night. At the end of the day relax with a cocktail or your favorite glass of wine at the outdoor Tiki Hut. There are so many possibilities you might have a hard time deciding what to do first.
Located only about 15 miles from Southwest Regional Airport this villa is very easy access to and from the airport. Cape Coral has many fine resturants, grocery stores,and shops only 3 miles away. You can also go to the famous Fort Myers Beach which is about 25 minutes away, or if you perfer world famous Sanibel and Captiva Islands are just 30 minutes away and offer excellent shelling. Cape Coral also offers (Sunsplash) a very beautiful waterpark, perfect for the kids.
The master bedroom features a pillowtop king size bed,TV w/DVD walk in closet, private master bathroom with oversized garden tub,walk in shower,double sinks,and private toilet with a door.
There are 2 other bedrooms, each have a TV w/DVD. 1 features a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds which can be put together to make another queen size bed. The other bath has a walk in shower.
The kitchen features beautiful cherry cabinets,granite countertops,and all stainless steel appliances and of course all the cooking utensils you will ever need.
The greatroom has a custom made entertainment center with a 57 inch bigscreen TV, and a DVD/VCR combo, great for watching sports, or a great movie (blockbuster video) is only 2 miles away.
The lania,pool,& tiki bar are completely screened in and features almost 2000 square feet of beautiful outdoor living. A gas grill
is provided for your BBQ-ing pleasure.
