AHHH! The amazing baking powder white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast of Destin! This gorgeous one bedroom, one bath unit is on the 12th floor of Beachside Two at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The views are spectacular from the lanai, facing South and Southeast. You can see almost all the way to Panama City on the coast line.
SNOWBIRDS ARE WELCOME FROM JANUARY 1, 2012 THROUGH MARCH 10, 2012. Special Golf rates are available if you join the Snowbird club, just ask at any of the golf courses on the property.
The Beachside Two building sits directly on the beach for awesome all day and night views! Just walk out of the beach walkover gate right onto the sand. The Beach Bar is just steps from the gate to the sand, and the Finz Pool and Restaurant is right next door, along with the popular Hilton Hotel. Listen to the music from the pool deck at Finz most afternoons while you enjoy an adult beverage on the spacious lanai.
The glass elevator will whisk you to the 12th floor while you get an amazing view of the beach. It is just a short walk from the elevator to the unit, and utility carts are available to help you with your belongings. This condo has been totally renovated, new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, new tile and furniture.
The living room has a 32" HDTV and a DVD player, and the sofabed in the living room is a queen which sleeps 2. There is a king size bed overlooking the gulf in the bedroom, along with a television and a DVD player.. The owners have meticulously loved it for many years and want you to enjoy it like it was your own. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably, the maximum allowed for this unit.
FREE WI-FI is available in the unit. We do not rent to anyone under 25, and this unit is non smoking.
The large saltwater heated pool looks right on to the gulf as well, and is heated year round. There are bar-b-que grills poolside for your grilling pleasure if you want to cook.
24x7 Security is provided for the safety of your vacation experience. Parking is available either covered on the 1st floor or uncovered on the Lobby level. There are restrooms near the pool outside as well as restrooms inside on the lobby level. The building is secured by gates and building lock codes to assure you have a comfortable and safe vacation.
We have provided complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs in the unit for your personal use, or you may rent a beach umbrella and chair setup from Sandestin's Beach Rental shack right on the beach using a credit card. You may rent kayaks, and other miscellaneous beach water craft as well.
Enjoy a nice grilled lunch and drinks at the Beach Bar just steps away from Beachside gate, or keep walking east to the Finz restaurant right next door, or further on down to the newly added Barefoot Beach Bar at the Hilton.
Linens and towels for the room are provided for you, and the unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure by professionals. Just BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS and sunscreen.
Pets - Renters pets are never allowed in the Beachside units, so please do not ask for any exceptions.

We require a $200 refundable confirmation/damage deposit ($300 for extended stays and Snowbird season) which must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the unit, and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival or we can meet you for short notice arrivals.
Everything is transacted via email except for payment. There are no keys to mail, very convenient. We can accept PayPal payments wih an additional Paypal service charge, or personal checks. No credit cards. Our Rental Manager is on property to attend to your needs and concerns.

Cancellation policy: a $100 cancellation penalty may be taken if the unit is canceled before final payment. After final payment has been made you will forfeit the deposit if the unit cannot be re-rented for the same dates. We will make every effort to rent those dates for you, but in the event it is not booked, you will forfeit your deposit. See Storm policy below.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

My husband and I rented this condo for a quick trip to the beach. We had no idea how nice the resort area was surrounding the condo; there were many restuarants and activities within walking distance from where we stayed! We loved that the condo was just a few steps down to the beach and to the pool, and the pictures on the site were exactly like the rooms. Everything was well kept and clean. The owner was easy to talk to, and did a great job of providing us the proper information about our stay. We will definitely visit this unit in Sandestin again and highly recommend it to others!

Had a great stay in #142118 for the second year. Place is clean and very conveniently located on the 2nd floor. No need to use the elevators. Balcony overlooks the pool and ocean - faces north so no direct sun at anytime which makes the balcony very comfortable for eating or enjoying an evening drink! Pool was great and ocean front beautiful. We will be back!

We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities/supplies you could need (even beach chairs and umbrella). It is a PERFECT place for a small family with children. You can sit on the lanai and watch the children swim in the pool. Just a few steps out to pool and beach! No waiting on elevators! We will be back!

Great unit!!! Very clean and attention to detail the best I have seen after several stays at the resort. Liked being on second floor (less time in elevators and easy to move in and out). Will be back.

Nice place. We really liked staying in San Destin. The grounds are very nice and are not "as touristy" as the city of Destin. Our family of four stayed in the condo in Late July 2009. The access to the pool and beach are terrific. Just a few steps and stairs away. You won't have to wait for the elevator in this condo. The applinces and furniture are nice. The washer and dryer helped us pack light. We will stay here again.
