  Totally enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere on this end of the island. Exploring miles of beach, shelling, fishing, swimming, & sitting in the sun reading a book were the favorite activities. This condo offered all the conveniences of home (kitchen supplies, tv, wi-fi, washer/dryer) and was very clean. Beautiful view from the patio & master bedroom. Can even see the beach from the master bathroom shower : ) Grocery store & restaurants only a few minutes away. Recommend for anyone desiring a relaxing get-a-away at the beach.

  We had a wonderful week on Fort Myers Beach and staying at Carlos Pointe was a huge part of it. The condo we rented was so nice. It was well stocked with all the kitchen items you could need. The TVs had a lot of channels that we enjoyed, since we are big sports fans and we could watch our team play in the NCAA tournament. Having wireless internet was a huge plus for keeping up on necessary work. Another plus for us was it was so quiet at night. The residents were all very respect of each other. The condo overlooked the beach and the pool area. There were beach chairs and beach toys for us to use. We enjoyed meals and building puzzles on the lanai, where we could listen to the sounds of the gulf. We had 3 teenage girls with us and they enjoyed spending time on the beautiful beach and lounging by the pool. They would take the beach trolly to the Time Square area if they wanted to spend time with the younger spring break crowd. My husband and I enjoyed walking the beach. During the early morning we enjoyed bird watching and in the evening watching the sunset and the dolphins feed right off shore. We were close to Lover's Key State Park where we went kayaking and enjoyed the manatee that came right up to our kayak and we could pet them. Staying on the south end made for easy driving off the island to some great shopping in the area. Thank you for sharing your condo with us... it was a relaxing week!

  We feel fortunate that we found this condo available after hours of research on VRBO last Fall! The location and Gulf and beach view is probably the best in Ft. Myers Beach and the folks we met around the pool agree with us! We rented for a month and I hope we can rent again at Carlos Pointe.This is unit has been updated and was very clean! It is probably better than some of the others.

  This condo is truly lovely. Lovely decor and so comfortable. Updated and very clean. Carlos Pointe is just as owner described. We were also very fortunate to have warm wonderful weather (Jan. 14 - 20). We hope to rent from this owner in the future. Thanks,Kim & Duane

  We had a great time at Carlos Pointe. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, the view spectacular and the beach wonderful! You can walk for several miles on the white sandy beach. There were numerous restaurants, both casual and beachside, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. The only word of caution we would have is to exit the island from the south side, as traffic on the north end of the island can be crazy. Hope you enjoy your stay at Carlos Pointe as much as we did.

  We stayed at this condo for one week in January. We were happy to find it exactly as the listing described. The condo and building grounds were spotless and well-maintained. The pool even had a solar cover and kept the water nice and warm. Before we chose this condo, I had a few questions. The owner quickly responded to them. Carlos Pointe is located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, near Lovers Key. It is a quiet and residential area, which we preferred to Times Square. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return next year.
