This beautiful, oceanfront condo is on the second floor of a building that faces the Gulf of Mexico overlooking a private white sugar sand beach. It is on the quiet and peaceful southern end of Estero Island in Fort Myers Beach across the channel from Lover's Key State Recreation Area.
Watch the dolphins from the screened-in balcony overlooking the palm trees and ocean. Enjoy watching boats in the nearby channel. Work on your suntan next to the beachside swimming pool. Leave your windows open and listen to the relaxing sound of the ocean waves.
This 1,019 square-foot air-conditioned condo was renovated in 2007 to make it one of the nicest at Carlos Pointe. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat-screen 26" cable TV. There are twin beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has an adjacent bathroom, one with a shower and the master bath has a tub with a shower. In the living room there is a flat-screen 32" cable TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo AM/FM radio, and CD player with dock for iPod or iPhone. The kitchen has a dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. This unit also has wireless internet service. Carlos Pointe has gas BBQ grills and a recreation room with a ping-pong table adjacent to the pool.
Carlos Pointe Beach Club is located in Fort Myers Beach. It is 130 miles southwest of Orlando and 150 miles west of Miami. The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is 18 miles from the condo.

This condo is truly lovely. Lovely decor and so comfortable. Updated and very clean. Carlos Pointe is just as owner described. We were also very fortunate to have warm wonderful weather (Jan. 14 - 20). We hope to rent from this owner in the future. Thanks,Kim & Duane

We had a great time at Carlos Pointe. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, the view spectacular and the beach wonderful! You can walk for several miles on the white sandy beach. There were numerous restaurants, both casual and beachside, which we enjoyed. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. The only word of caution we would have is to exit the island from the south side, as traffic on the north end of the island can be crazy. Hope you enjoy your stay at Carlos Pointe as much as we did.

We stayed at this condo for one week in January. We were happy to find it exactly as the listing described. The condo and building grounds were spotless and well-maintained. The pool even had a solar cover and kept the water nice and warm. Before we chose this condo, I had a few questions. The owner quickly responded to them. Carlos Pointe is located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, near Lovers Key. It is a quiet and residential area, which we preferred to Times Square. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return next year.
