Additional nights Monday thru Thurs $850./night, Friday thru Sunday $950/night
All utilities paid for excluding pay-per-view television and phone service.
Security Deposit is $5000.
50% deposit of total rental upon booking...Balance due 30 days prior to start date
Cancellation fees:  50% within 90 nts; 75% within 60 nts. 100% within 30 nts.
10% city room tax.
$3,000/week from 6/1-6/30 ***One week minimum
