There is brand new carpeting in all of the bedrooms and all new furnishings in every room. This home features a fully equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. There are three fully furnished outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs by the 15' x 40' swimming pool and spa, which was renovated in July 2007.
Rancho Mirage is a perfect location, a 15 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and just three miles to Palm Desert. The worlds best golf can be enjoyed at countless courses within minutes of this home.
Can't escape work, no problem, the home is wi-fi enabled and has high speed broadband, a fax machine and free telephone calling in the US.

My family bought this beautiful house in 2005. We looked at many homes but none compared with the fabulous views we have here. This is our vacation home and coming from the snowy Northeast we wanted a place where we could live outdoors, this was it. The Unique Benefits at this Single Family House
Enjoy the many seating areas, all with a view! The home has new iron and glass privacy gates so you can truly get away and enjoy the private pool and spa. There is an outdoor sound system to bring your favorite music or sporting event outside with you. On chilly nights enjoy the new patio heater, even on cool nights I like to relax and enjoy a cigar and a cocktail outside.
