Off of Fourth Line on Lakeshore Road W. one block from Appleby College our easy living 5 in beds in 3 bedrooms self sustaining rental and terrific pool and patio in Oakville is 1 hour from Niagara Falls and 20 minute drive to Toronto. A short walk to Lake Ontario too.
Our one level vacation rental house is on prestigious Lakeshore Road West in the middle of lovely treed neighborhood on 1/2 acre. 2 minutes drive each way to two busy harbors parked with sailing yachts on Lake Ontario with beautiful parks, playgrounds and trails. Coronation Park on the lake 30 sec drive down the road has large water play area for kids besides climbing and swing play plus lake enjoyment.
After exciting excursions return to relax on the back patio and swim or float in the large in ground pool while watching the sun set over the cypress trees and the clouds floating overhead while being rocked on the water. Then relax under the stars on the lighted patio too. You will love the 40 by 20 ft. in ground pool with diving board surrounded by large patio of interlocking stone and in private tree lined grassy backyard with stone barbecue. Barbecue your dinner and dine in the garden under the gazebo. Nap on the lounge chairs. Enjoy a game of basketball on your own half court in the drive way or a driveway hockey game. Backyard lawn has room for badminton, soccer or croquet. Relax, barbecue, have fun, swim and cool off after your fun filled excursions.
Living room has large flat screen tv with cable,dvd,vcr,portable phone, with unlimited calls to Canada and U.S., with great double reclining couch and double reclining snuggle chair with lots of pillows, plus view out of picture window of apple and pine and oak trees. Relax in front of the mantled electric fireplace.
Dining table for 6 with plush cushion chairs when you choose to cook in fully equipped kitchen with new appliances of oven,refrigerator with top freezer, full size dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, popcorn maker, dishes, serving dishes, cookware both glass and metal, pots and pans. Everything you need to cook and serve a complete meal if desired. We start you off with coffee,tea,hot chocolate,condiments, and popcorn.
The bedrooms are large with bright windows in each. The double bed in one, two twins in another, and one twin in the third with lots of closet space besides dressers in each.

Oakville is a great central location to explore and enjoy beautiful southern Ontario. Downtown Oakville is a perfect diversion from the extensive list of sites to explore in the Toronto and Niagara Region with its own great entertainment and activities. Famous musicians and actors at the Oakville Center. PGA Open Golf at Glen Abbey Golf Course. Oakville is an upscale artsy community in the suburbs of the Greater Toronto Area that has many unique shops and restaurants bringing in the know tourists to enjoy. Art, music, museums, history, and theater all in historic Oakville with walking tours. Great browsing and shopping and eating abound. Gorgeous lake views and fresh lake air in beautiful parks adjacent to downtown. Oakville is home to diverse ethnic restaurants, upscale to eateries, cafes, pubs,and clubs. Any time of the year there are cultural events and happenings in town and in parks. Jazz Festival in August, Waterfront Festival in July, Canada Day celebration, Art in the Park, Midnight Madness Sidewalk Sale in July includes the entire downtown with music on every corner.
We are 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minute drive to downtown Toronto or take the metro. Go west 1 hour to Niagara Falls and Aquarium, 45 minutes to Niagara on the Lake and Shaw Festival for renowned theater and storybook strolling. Wine country with tours and tastings and fruit land of Niagara start 15 minutes away. 30 minutes to African Lion Safari. One hour to Kitchner for Octoberfest. Or go east into Toronto for wonderful adult and childrens museums, Toronto Zoo, Ontario Place, CN Tower, Canadas'Wonderland! Royal Ontario Science Museum. Sports! Blue Jays at the Sky Dome! Soccer! Winter is good too. Christmas is gaily celebrated in Oakville with Santa Parade, Dickens costumed carolers, tree lighting, the Nutcracker at the Oakville Centre, refreshments, and storefronts and streets greatly adorned for the holidays. Our decorated rental home is one block walk to Harvest Bible Chapel which will provide a wonderful Christmas service pastime. Winter activities abound in and around Oakville, skiing at Glen Eden 20 minutes away,outdoor skating and snow tubing and sledding 10 minutes away. Ice fishing in winter on Lake Ontario.
