This 6th floor condo was decorated by a professional interior designer in beach-cottage décor. The condo features a large master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom with oversize tub, and a flat screen LCD TV/DVD. The master bedroom also has plenty of drawer space to make yourself at home.

The main hall features an alcove with bunk beds and a SECOND LARGE FULL BATHROOM! The spacious family room includes a sleeper sofa. This condo easily sleeps 6 people. The family room and kitchen are spacious and open! The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and includes granite countertops, GE appliances, all white cabinets, bar stool area, and full kitchen table with seating for 6 people. The family room also includes beach-cottage décor and a large flat screen LCD TV with DVD player.

The family room has wall to wall windows and sliders overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has premium outdoor furniture, perfect for breakfast on the balcony or watching the incredible sunsets!

Property Amenities Include: 1 beach front swimming pool and hot tub, 1 roof top swimming pool and hot tub. You can get your morning coffee at the on-site Starbucks which is now open! The poolside Tiki Bar opened July 2008 for a full range of tropical drinks. The resort also offers Florida's largest sky-bridge, with a SkyBar that opened July 2008. The zero-entry kids pool with waterfalls and a grill area just opened July 2008 also!

Future Amenities in Development Include: Pizza/sub/ice cream shop, lazy river, conference facilities, full service spa, large workout facility, upscale dining restaurant, beach side restaurant, and fresh food market. Please contact the resort directly for information on these future amenities.

  • Kid Friendly: Kids seem to love the barstool area of the kitchen - they can sit with their bathing suits on and have lunch or dinner. They also love the bunk area! New zero-entry kids pool with waterfalls just opened July 2008.
