This beautiful 2,800 square foot custom home is a hidden gem! It is surrounded by towering pine trees and breathtaking mountain views from all four decks.

This three leveled home was designed for entertaining. As you enter the home, you are welcomed into the sunny great room with it's high vaulted ceiling, new hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and half bathroom on this level.

The well-appointed family room is downstairs on the next level. Large leather sofas, television and a gas fireplace create a relaxing and cozy environment. There is a hot tub on the deck right off of the family room.
The large master suite has a private deck with a California King bed. The master bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large shower.
Also on the 2nd level, are two additional bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. Another full bath.

Continue downstairs to the 3rd level and you will find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and the fifth bedroom has one queen bed. There is another full bath. Last but not least, there is a state of the art movie theater room with a surround sound system that will blow you away! This room is equipped to watch C. able TV and play DVDs.

There is parking for two cars in the garage and four cars in the driveway.

This home is centrally located in the convenient Nevada South Lake Tahoe community of Round Hill. Only 5 minutes from the Casinos, the Lake, Heavenly Resort, restaurants, shopping, golf and many other activities.
