Beach Policy for Animal Regulations: April 1 - May 30 - Animals must be on a leash between 10 AM and 5 PM. May 30 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday after Labor Day - September 30 - Animals must be on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM. October 1 - April 1 - No leashes required at any time, however, your dog IS required to be under positive voice control. On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after their pets.

We stayed at your home over Thanksgiving this year and invited some of our family for a "mini" family reunion. We had the most wonderful time. The house was immacualte and located right on the golf course! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers as well as walking and biking the trails to the beach, shops and lagoons. The entire family enjoyed the stay! We have stayed at another one of your homes in the past and this was as enjoyable as the last stay! We hope we can find an opportunity in 2008 to spend some time in Hilton Head again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful homes!

We have stayed in Chuck's Fern Court property the last two years and we are looking forward to our 3rd year upcoming in September. Besides the location of Sea Pines with all it has to offer, we love the home---the interiors are so well kept. Our Fern Court get away offers us the chance to take a week with our family (furry ones included), relax in this great home, and run/bike around Sea Pines 'til our hearts are content.

We had a week family vacation with our three children and their families. The house met all our expectations. The house is in a great location with access to tennis, the beach, and a variety of places to eat. We especially enjoyed the bicycles with the extensive bicycle paths in Sea Pines.

Great house and one of our best vacations! Very comfortable for our large family of 4 children, plus 3 other family members who met us there from GA. Easy access to the beach. Bike trails everywhere and convenient pool in walking distance. My kids say it's the best vacation we've ever had! We agree, and plan to be back next summer! Thanks Chuck & Mary!

We were very pleased, beyond our expectations, with the house last week. The spacious house was very comfortable for 6 adults. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the detailed information from Chuck about getting to the beach, 3 pools & around town. The location was great & the bikes & beach chairs were well used. THANKS once again. We would stay there in the future & highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful well-equipped house and great location, with excellent service and communications from Chuck. Inclusion of bikes, lawn chairs, WiFi, and very interesting library were a real plus to our rental experience.

We had a wonderful time staying in your home for our vacation! Beautiful home with plenty of room and what a wonderful location! Very close to three beautiful beaches, 3 swimming pools and of course-Harbor Town. It was very nice to have the bikes available to ride on all the trails and the flowers were just beautiful. We enjoyed a few meals on the back deck overlooking the golf course. Thank you for helping make this one of the very best vacations for my family!

Our two-week stay at your house in Sea Pines was no less than wonderful. The house has all the amenities that one could hope for, and we will definitely come back.
