We invite you to relax and enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath upper level condo at Mesquite Country Club. We are located across the street from the golf course in a quiet location. Several pools are within a short walk, as well as a well-maintained tennis court. Fall asleep to the sounds of a fountain outside your window or gaze at the nearby San Jacinto mountains! We are located in Phase IV for those of you familiar with Mesquite. Our unit has many upgrades (new appliances, new paint, new window coverings). These pictures do not reflect our new paint (neutral beige with white trim).
Our condo features 2 bedrooms that are well-separated for couples traveling together, along with 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, there is an Aerobed to accommodate extra guests, as well as a playpen and highchair for those traveling with infants/toddlers. We are located on the 2nd floor so there is a flight of stairs but the view is wonderful. Relax in the spacious living room on the large leather sectional with updated furniture, newer TV (with cable), DVD player, and CD player. In addition, local telephone service is free and long distance calls can be made using a cell phone or credit card.
The condo is a short walk from the pool (approx. 100 yards) but far enough away to enjoy a quiet afternoon reading and relaxing. Our condo features newer appliances including a new refrigerator, new stove, new water heater, and a new washer and dryer. There is an efficient air conditioner for those warmer days. There is also a gas BBQ to enjoy cookouts on the deck overlooking a greenbelt area.
Several amenities are nearby including golf, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, horseback riding, a waterslide park, a large public park, skateboarding park, and the hiking trails of Indian Canyons.
Enjoy the excellent restaurants and nightlife downtown Palm Springs has to offer just a 5 minute drive away yet come home to a relaxing, quiet condo! Don't forget the weekly Street Fair every Thursday evening in downtown Palm Springs!

Year Purchased: 2003
My husband, Larry, and I both grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (Sunnyvale and Campbell). We have one son, age 3, and are both critical care nurses. I grew up vacationing in Palm Desert every year with my family as a child and grew to love the desert area of Palm Springs. We purchased our vacation home both as a retirement property and place to relax and enjoy with our family.
Why the Owner Chose Mesquite Country Club
We are both avid golfers and love the hot weather. The proximity to Southern California's attractions and the area's many attractions made Palm Springs a highly desirable area for us!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
A perfect day for us is waking up to the beautiful weather, going for a walk, and taking our son to the pool. We especially like having all the comforts of home that allow us to rest and recuperate from our busy lives. My husband golfs at the many local courses and we enjoy dining at the many excellent restaurants in the area. Our son LOVES the giant model train exhibit at the Living Desert Zoo and Museum.
