This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home with 2.5 baths nestled in the small friendly town of Santa Barbara, Heredia. The view of
the entire Central Valley and surrounding mountains is simply breathtaking. With and 24 hour mountain breeze and temperatures averaging around 78 degrees daytime and 65 to 70 degrees nighttime there is no need for a/c.
Included in the rental price is an SUV (must be driven by our driver due to insurance purposes) and driver who can offer all sorts of sightseeing in this magnificent country. We provide this service in order for you to more fully enjoy your stay but also there are little or no street or directional signs making road travel to the inexperienced very difficult. Any excursions resulting in an overnight stay will require tenant to pay additional fuel and lodging for driver.
Volcanoes, Waterfalls, Canopy Tours, any many other things to see and do are all within short driving distances and can be arranged by our live-in caretaker and driver. These are additional costs charged at the various sights. Also, Sport fishing offshore and inshore on our 27' Mako "Bendicion" equipped with diseel engine can be arranged.
Our boat is located in Quepos and is captained and crewed by experienced, friendly locals. Whether it's non stop sightseeing and shopping or just relaxing on the veranda at home we are sure you will enjoy the unique beauty Costa Rica and it's people have to offer.
