THE PERFECT SKI-IN/SKI-OUT CONDO! One of the newest condominiums in the Disciples Village at Boyne Mountain Resort. Located approximately 100 feet off the Boyneland Slope. Check out the picture from our deck!(see Picture #2)
Our professionally decorated condo features a living area with a vaulted ceiling, TV, fireplace and lots of windows to enjoy the scenic view of woodlands and ski slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher, refrig, oven and coffee maker. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, TV and private bath with jetted hot tub. Additional first floor bedroom includes 2 queen beds with a bath off the foyer. Our 3rd bedroom on the second floor sets us apart from the other units in our complex...it is ENCLOSED to make a PRIVATE bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath.
Boyne Mountain, a four season resort, offers the best skiing and snowboarding in the lower peninsula. Other winter activities include cross country skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling and horse-drawn sleigh rides. In the spring, summer and fall, you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails, multiple golf courses, tennis courts or relaxing on our secluded deck. Deer Lake (just a 2 mile drive from the condo) is a great place for swimming, shuffleboard and putt-putt golf. There are complimentary kayaks, sunfish sailboats and paddleboats. Jet skis are available at an additional charge.
Our condo is only a five minute walk to all the hot spots Boyne Mountain has to offer. Avalance Bay, Michigan's largest indoor water park and the Solace Spa are located in the Mountain Grand Lodge. In the Clock Tower Lodge, a large outdoor swimming pool and giant hot tub are available for year round use.
Full dining is available on property at Everett's, Erickson's, Pierson's, the Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the A'Pres Pub Bar. Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo. You can relax with cocktails in the Snowflake Lounge, Everett's Bar or A'Pres Pub Bar. Many other great restaurants in Boyne City, Petoskey and Charlevoix.
Our condo is conveniently located to make short day trips to all of the great attractions that Northern Michigan has to offer. Petoskey, Gaylord, Charleviox, Traverse City, Harbor Springs and Mackinac Island are waiting for you to explore.

Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
After staying at other northern resorts, we chose Boyne Mountain because of its easy access and central location many up north attractions. It also offers the best skiing in the lower peninsula. Challenging for any level of skier. Summer offers 2 great golf courses, plenty of tennis courts, bike paths, pools and beach facilities, Solace Spa and Michigan's Largest Indoor Waterpark all on property!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Located Slopeside directly on Boyneland Run, this offers ideal Ski-In/Ski-Out access in the winter. During the summer our condo is set back and nicely secluded in the woods for more privacy. Unlike most all other condos, we have enclosed the loft making it a private bedroom. In doing so, it thereby offers privacy for people staying there and the ability for others to use the living area to visit or watch TV without disturbing others! It also about a 5 minute walk from our door to the Mountain Grand Lodge and Avalanche Bay.

This was a great condo and the location is awesome. We were able to go back to the condo for lunch and to relax before heading out again. It was very clean and well supplied with linens, etc . We especially liked the three full bathrooms and also the enclosed loft. The kids could go to sleep and never hear us playing cards downstairs. We will definitely rent this condo again.

WOW! What a unit! My children and I really enjoyed ourselves and absolutely LOVED this beautiful slope-side condo! It is in wonderful condition and nicely equipped. The enclosed loft made a PERFECT place for the kids to excape and relax! The 3 full bathrooms were an added bonus! Owners are SUPER easy to work with too. I am booking this unit again as soon as I have my dates for next year! We made a lot of wonderful family memories and are TRULY blessed to have had the opportunity to stay in this condo.

If you stay at Boyne Mountain, rent this unit as the loft is enlosed making it a true third bedroom. The owner is excellent to work with and the setting is beautiful.

We were very happy with our stay over Christmas weekend at this condo! Most important to us was the location. It's great being able to ski off a slope to take a break and then go a short distance to get right back on. We were also pleased with the easy and friendly communication with the owners. Our only disappointment was no night skiing on Dec. 24. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and ski.

Beautiful condo! What sets yours apart from the other Disciples' units is the enclosed loft bedroom. Great for privacy, makes a super third bedroom. The other units do not have this wonderful added feature! Thanks. We had a great trip!

The resort and the condo were awesome. The ski-in/out location enabled us to stop in and grab a quick bite so as to maximize our time on the slopes. The condo is very spacious and had everything needed. Our only problem was too much to do and not enough time!

We had three families in this beautiful condo over the weekend of Jan 25th - 27th and we had the best time, had ample space for 13 people!! It was a wonderful ski in, ski out condo, all of the amenities and we would for sure rent again. Boyne and the atractions were great. Great condo, wonderful trip!!

Our family of 6 had a great time at the Boyne Resort. This Condo worked out great. Location was excellent and ammenities were good. Owners are responsive to questions and requests.
