Beautiful new Family Friendly condo (1800 sq ft)spacious rooms with high ceilings, lovely decor and lots of closets. The large open gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cook stove island and covered patio is a pleasure for cooking and entertaining, you will want to cook in. The wonderful split floor plan, with two good size masters is great for privacy. One master bath has oversized shower and double sinks.
This condo is in the heart of Horseshoe Bay just off Horseshoe Bay Blvd., next door to the Marriott.
We have a cluster of three units which share a common court yard...and can accomodate 18 guest for weddings, golf outings and other large gatherings. We can handle those extra house guest, no problem. Call early to reserve all three for your event. Winter Texans are also invited for special short term leases, call for prices. Lake LBJ is a breathtaking constant level lake for boating, skiing, wakeboarding and tubing, with phenomenal fishing. The Marina and Yacht Club offer many rentals and the LBJ Marina and Yacht Club offers the Granite Beach and Waterpark, and lots of rentals.
San Antonio is 90 minutes away, with the famed Riverwalk, Sea World, Fiesta Texas and the Alamo. Schlitterbalm Water Park, the nations top water park as ranked by the Travel Channel, is only 45 minutes away. Also, check out the Cypress Valley Canopy Tours for family fun, in Spicewood, and Krause Springs..32 springs and natural pools which flows into Lake Travis.
Horseshoe Bay is only 45 minutes from Austin, with live music venues and eclectic culture and great restaurants. Fredricksburg is south 60 minutes with antiquing, unique shops and eateries. The spectacular wildflowers and wineries are a must-see in the Texas Hill Country, and our condos offer a truly special place to come relax and play.
Don't forget to check out Marble Falls old town shopping and the Wine Country in the Hill Country. And, the Slab in the Llano River where water runs over large granite, it's a popular swimming, tubing and picnicking site. We were here for my daughters wedding at the Horseshoe Bay Marriot (wiht-in walking distance). We did not have wedding party but did have about 30 friends and family in on Friday night. My sisters rented the 2 Condos Diane also owns on either side of this one so it made it fun and easy to have everyone over for a buffet dinner and drinks Friday night. All are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great stay!!!!!!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Diane, we really enjoyed our visit to Horseshoe Bay and more importantly your Villa. This was our first visit and we loved it. The villa was very spacious and the luxury touches, especially the kitchen made it feel like home. We had all of the amenities we needed and it was very clean and neat. I will recommend it to all of our friends and we look forward to coming back for another visit soon. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful lake house! We felt like it was a home away from home as we were able to have family and friends join us! The kitchen is great for socializing while cooking and the 2 dvd players were handy with mulitple kids. We look forward to another adventure in Horseshoe Bay.

Perfect for Winter Texans--we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 month stay! On site caretakers are wonderful! Units are clean and well maintained. The owners are a pleasure to work with! We're looking foward to going back!

We just stayed at the condo (Aug 5 - 8th) and had a great time. The rest of our family were in the other two units. The condos are so nicely decorated and I LOVED the kitchen - I wanted to take it home with me. The kids in our group loved it as well. We enjoyed the resort and also the marina at Lake LBJ. A great time was had by everyone in our party! The condos had everything we needed.

This place is amazing! We over packed...because this condo has it all. Not only is it beautifully furnished it is conveniently located. We were able to visit the Longhorn Cavern, Enchanted Rock, Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool Reserve, and Inks Lake. We ate great food at the the Blue Bonnet Cafe and Francesco's Italian Restaurant in Marble Falls. We had some serious barbeque at Cooper's in Llano too. There are also several wineries that we plan on visiting during our next trip to the hillcountry. The owner's are wonderful. They treated us like family and were also the perfect tour guides. We would highly recommend this condo for any occasion.

Stayed July 2-5th. Beautiful, spotless & spacious condo with all the comforts of home, at such a reasonable price--even for the holiday weekend. With other family members staying on Marriott property, we had the best of both worlds with all amenities at our disposal, and a first class fireworks show on the 4th. Convenient yet private. The owners were so accommodating in every way, and quick to respond to our questions or requests. Thank you Rankins, your condos are first class and we hope to be back someday!

My husband and I loved our stay at your beautiful condo located in Horeshoe Bay. Clean, private and tastefully decorated, it was the ideal place to base out of for my quest of the "perfect" Bluebonnet photo. We took day-trips to Llano (Cooper's BBQ), Fredericksburg (Wildseed Farms a must on the way), and the most scenic drive ever Willow City Loop, where I finally did get my picture! We highly recommend any of your units to anyone heading that direction for a great place to stay. Thanks again.
