We were here for my daughters wedding at the Horseshoe Bay Marriot (wiht-in walking distance). We did not have wedding party but did have about 30 friends and family in on Friday night. My sisters rented the 2 Condos Diane also owns on either side of this one so it made it fun and easy to have everyone over for a buffet dinner and drinks Friday night. All are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great stay!!!!!!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Diane, we really enjoyed our visit to Horseshoe Bay and more importantly your Villa. This was our first visit and we loved it. The villa was very spacious and the luxury touches, especially the kitchen made it feel like home. We had all of the amenities we needed and it was very clean and neat. I will recommend it to all of our friends and we look forward to coming back for another visit soon. Thank you!!

Great Lakehouse

We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful lake house! We felt like it was a home away from home as we were able to have family and friends join us! The kitchen is great for socializing while cooking and the 2 dvd players were handy with mulitple kids. We look forward to another adventure in Horseshoe Bay.

Perfect for Winter Texans--we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 month stay! On site caretakers are wonderful! Units are clean and well maintained. The owners are a pleasure to work with! We're looking foward to going back!

Great Stay

We just stayed at the condo (Aug 5 - 8th) and had a great time. The rest of our family were in the other two units. The condos are so nicely decorated and I LOVED the kitchen - I wanted to take it home with me. The kids in our group loved it as well. We enjoyed the resort and also the marina at Lake LBJ. A great time was had by everyone in our party! The condos had everything we needed.

Stayed July 2-5th. Beautiful, spotless & spacious condo with all the comforts of home, at such a reasonable price--even for the holiday weekend. With other family members staying on Marriott property, we had the best of both worlds with all amenities at our disposal, and a first class fireworks show on the 4th. Convenient yet private. The owners were so accommodating in every way, and quick to respond to our questions or requests. Thank you Rankins, your condos are first class and we hope to be back someday!

This place is amazing! We over packed...because this condo has it all. Not only is it beautifully furnished it is conveniently located. We were able to visit the Longhorn Cavern, Enchanted Rock, Krause Springs, Hamilton Pool Reserve, and Inks Lake. We ate great food at the the Blue Bonnet Cafe and Francesco's Italian Restaurant in Marble Falls. We had some serious barbeque at Cooper's in Llano too. There are also several wineries that we plan on visiting during our next trip to the hillcountry. The owner's are wonderful. They treated us like family and were also the perfect tour guides. We would highly recommend this condo for any occasion.

My husband and I loved our stay at your beautiful condo located in Horeshoe Bay. Clean, private and tastefully decorated, it was the ideal place to base out of for my quest of the "perfect" Bluebonnet photo. We took day-trips to Llano (Cooper's BBQ), Fredericksburg (Wildseed Farms a must on the way), and the most scenic drive ever Willow City Loop, where I finally did get my picture! We highly recommend any of your units to anyone heading that direction for a great place to stay. Thanks again.

Great condo for our Sr Women's Golf week. My friend and I enjoyed having our own bedroom and space. Nicely done units and nice to have washer and dryers also. Planning on returning for sure in the near future. Very quiet area also. Diane you were so easy to work with also, thank you.

My husband,two teenage daughters, and my parents all loved the condo. Marble Falls was relaxing and fun. Spicewood's zip line was great and being close to so much to do . My parents are elderly and this was so much better to stay than a hotel. Great pick. Cami

My husband and I rented all 3 of the Conchbar condos for my family and friends to stay during my daughter's wedding. It was beyond our greatest expectations with beautiful furnishings,personal space for each guest, more than enough room for company, and the convenience of having everyone right there together. We had all of the ammenities of home including towels, extra blow up beds, sheets and pillows, a washer and dryer, and even a beautiful kitchen fully equipt with everything you need!We gathered at each other's condos, put up extra guests, had breakfast on the patio in morning and drinks at night! Absolutley incredible! I could never imagine visiting Horseshoe BAy and staying anywhere else! Thank you for opening your home away from home to us Mr. and Mrs. Rankin! We will be back!
