3+ BR/4 BA Red Pine town home located at the base of the Canyons Ski Area and within walking distance to to ski lifts.
Beautiful new kitchen completed Fall 2011.
Our tri-level townhome is super comfortable with vaulted ceilings and spectacular mountain views. Each bedroom has its own private bath, brand new flat screen cable tv, and free wireless internet service.
Upper level bedroom features vaulted ceilings, luxurious new linens and king size bed, full private bath, cable tv and dvd.
The main level has a brand new fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining area. Adjacent great room with 18' high ceilings, incredible views of the Canyons Ski Area, two brand new leather sofas. The great room also features a new gas fireplace, new flat screen tv and Blu-ray dvd. Also located on the main level is a separate bedroom with new custom built bunk bed and adjacent full bath.
The lower level has two bedrooms, each with luxorious new linens, queen size beds, private full bathrooms, and new flat screen tvs. Enjoy the convenience of a Washer/Dryer also located on this level.

Three families (6 adults and 5 children) shared the house for 8-days and we had no issues at all - it was a very welcome home-from-home, clean, cosy, with space (at a push) for everybody and was just as we expected. Susan made our stay welcome and it's convenience to the Caynons and the hot tub / hot pool was a real bonus. Would have no problems staying here again and would happily recommend it to anyone.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This unit was perfect for our group of 7 adults! The 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath allowed each of the 3 couple privacy and the extra bunk room was a bonus for the 7th adult that tagged along. There was also a pullout couch in the living room that we didn't need. The unit was very clean, modern and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals during the week and there was sufficient plate settings for all. Located a short walk to lift to Canyons base area. Didn't use the shuttle bus to Park City as we had a car, but the stop was at 7 Eleven about 1/4 mile down the road. The clubhouse was great, had a large outdoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs that were great after a day on the slopes. Only a 2 minute walk from the condo. All in all, this is an excellent place for the money. I would recommend it to a group of 4 couples (8 adults) of 2 families (4 adults/4-6 kids). Will definitely rent from again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Trust me, I can guarantee, I’ve just stayed there for one whole month. Stop looking for a house for your ski vacations. This is the one, exactly in the middle of everything. The house is provided with all your needs, very cozy, and comfortable. But be aware and keep it the same (perfect) way you found, otherwise I’ll haunt you on my next return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I brought a group of five pals to this property in february 2011, for our annual trip. we have a 17-year tradition with this crew, and all of us found the red pine townhome to be a perfect fit for our needs. the common area is quite large and comfortable, the skiing is easy walking distance, and the hot tub facility was really well set up. the four sleeping zones were all well separated from each other, and enabled us to avoid impact from snoring etc. this was a great rental, and i would recommend it to anybody. thanks for sharing your property with us.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rent this condo during the spring break of 2010 for a ski trip at Canyons. The Condo is very close to the Canyon Ski resort. We have six people. One couple and four individuals. The condo desciption and photoes are accurate. It is very clean and well maintained. Heating, Internet, water are all good. Kitchen is supplied with all the necessary utensils, pans, bowls, glasses and plates. The renter, Susan, is very easy to communicate with and is very helpful. We got additional keys (three more becasue most of us are not couples) and also additional towels very quickly. The indoor spa was not working when we arrived. The renter tried very hard to fix it and compensate us at the end for unable to use it. The nearby club house has a nice warm water swimming pool, two spas (one indoor and one outdoor) as well as an indoor sauna. However, the guest must bring their own towels to the clubhouse. There are very few restaurants around the canyons. It is better to have a car to drive to Park City (5-10 minutes) to have dinner there. We managed to cook one dinner (like a little party) by ourself which is very nice. In general, we have a wonderful time here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
