Come experience an amazing, beautifully appointed solar-powered vacation house on St. John! Here you will experience truly green living and will realize how well you can live while remaining in balance with the world around you.

The Villa features an expansive veranda with 180-degree views of the ocean, a garden, and a pool. It also has a full kitchen, a gas grill, and a small library of books, board games, and music. In the bedroom, you'll find a beautiful queen-sized pillow-top sleigh bed, where you can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach below or to the Bose CD player next to your bed.

The Cottage is a charming studio suite, featuring a wonderfully comfortable pillow-top murphy full-sized bed, a fantastic couch, and an in-laid tile breakfast table. Surrounding the Cottage is a wonderful covered balcony and uncovered wrap-around porch, with 180-degree ocean views. The Cottage also has a beautiful outdoor stone shower, an outdoor kitchen and gas grill, and an indoor food and dish storage area with a small refrigerator.

Both the Villa and the Cottage feature beautiful, luxurious furnishings to make guests as comfortable as possible.

  • Cooking Utensils Provided: Separate utensils provided for both the Villa and the Cottage.
  • Refrigerator: Full size in Villa, smaller unit in Cottage.

  • Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Outdoor grill with side burner; one for the Villa, one for the Cottage.
  • Deck/Patio: Veranda in front of the Villa (tiled, covered).
  • Balcony: Balcony surrounding the Cottage (partly covered over rear porch, partly open, all wooden deck).
View/Location
  • Ocean View: Commanding 180-degree ocean view, with both arms of St John reaching out to frame the Atlantic Ocean. (No obstructions, no other homes around to block view.)

  • All-solar-powered, zero-carbon electricity. Cool ocean breezes all day and all night (no need for A/C, even in summer). Secluded coral beach 5 minutes walking distance (just down the hill). Excellent hikes with historic views very close to property. Screened-in windows. No neighbors - extremely private setting.
