This is a perfect Lake House for a weekend getaway. We recently finished a major deck expansion costing $20K. We expanded the deck, and added a huge screened in porch, with stairs leading down to the new lakeside firepit. Sitting on a hill overlooking the water on a private lot 100' from the water. A private path that is lit at night goes past the shaded hammock and leads down to the 2 story boat dock that is in a cove and is within swimming distance from a rope swing. Private covered boat dock with party deck and sun canopy. (Boat slip and lift can be available upon request.) Very little boat traffic, with excellent, smooth water for wakeboarding and fishing.
Main Level-A full sized updated kitchen with fridge, cook top, micro, kitchen bar, and breakfast table. Fully furnished kitchen that opens up into an open living room with hardwood floors including a dinner table and the stereo system. The stereo is brand new and has 8 speakers wired throughout the house, deck and basement, CD Player and I-pod connector, great for entertaining. Sunroom is connected to living room, that includes views of the lake thru 10' glass windows. Expanded outside deck with lake and dock view is connected screended in porch and to sun room and living room, includes charcoal grill, two outdoor tables (one on deck and one in screened in porch) accomodating seating for 12. Main level has access to 2 car garage and Washer and Dryer.
Upper Level-Three bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has king bed and own bath. 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunks and a twin, both with bathroom.
Lower Level- Has a full sized bar and barstools, and table for playing cards, etc. Additional wet bar and fridge, speakers in basement is great for entertainment. Full bathroom in lower level.
This house is perfect for a week or a weekend, 2 minutes from a private boat ramp. You will truly want to stay once you have been here. |
