View from apartment - Paris, France Apartment This luxurious self-catering duplex with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, completely renovated in Oct 2007 is situated in central Paris on the 4-5th and top floor (with an elevator) of a well maintained 18th century building at Rue de Tournon, at the St Germain des Près district, Rive Gauche. AIR-CONDITIONED on the top level (living - bar level) in summer and fully HEATED in winter, it has a magnificent view of the Palais du Luxembourg and the Pantheon as well as a distant view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighbourhood You may note that it is located in the most prestigious part of the 6th district just by the Senat and the Luxembourg gardens and its museum. Other sights in the vicinity include the Notre Dame cathedral, the Pantheon and the Sorbonne University, Rue Mouffetard, the Saint Sulpice cathedral, not forgetting the 2 nearby open-air markets: St Germain marché and the Bucci marché which are both just about a 5-8 mins walk from the apartment. It is ideal for you holiday vacation rental. The apartment: Being on the top floor, the apartment is bright and quiet. It measures 140 m² or 1500 sq ft and is laid out as follows: 3 bedrooms (2 of which has an attached bathroom/shower and toilet), the bureau, the fully equipped spacious kitchen, a common bathroom (bathtub) and a toilet. The straight staircase takes you to the living room with split level. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms : - Situated on the 1st level. - 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached shower and toilet. It has a window overlooking the courtyard and has an individual heater. - 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds that maybe put together to form a king size bed for a couple and an attached shower and toilet. It has a window overlooking the courtyard and has an individual heater. - 3rd bedroom also has 2 double beds that maybe put together to form a king size bed for a couple.It has a window overlooking Rue de Tournon and has an individual heater. - The 3rd bathroom with a bathtub has a washing machine with a seperate guest toilet next to it. The living area : It on the 2nd level (above the bedrooms) with a bar counter on one end and 2 large sofas on the other end, equipped with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. This level is air-conditioned. The kitchen : Fully equipped, it has a table that maybe extended to sit 6 comfortably. It has a window overlooking Rue de Tournon with an individual heater. Some restrictions: As there is a flight of stairs after the entrance to the apartment, this apartment is not suitable for handicaps or mobility restricted persons. - Sorry we do not accept animal/pets in the apartment - This is a non-smoking apartment.
