In the heart of the Latin district...this charming one bedroom duplex is situated on a short 20 metres long no-through road of Rue Antoine Dubois, Paris 6th, more precisely between the Rue de l'Ecole de Medecine of the Sorbonne University and Rue Monsieur Le Prince. The nearest metro station, Odeon, is at 2 mins walk.

The apartment measures about 39m² and is on the first floor (second storey) of a walk-up building that dates back into the 18th century, authenticated by its original thick old lime stones of Paris and is classified as a historical monument by the Cultural Ministry of Paris.

It is laid out as such: As you enter in the small "entrée", you have the toilet on the left. The entrance is separated by another door which then leads you into the living room which has a convertible sofa-bed. On the right of it is a large fitted closet, and a book-case. On the left of it is the staircase that leads to the mezzanine floor (bedroom). Just in front of it is the well equipped kitchen and a dining table for four.

The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV and has unlimited access to INTERNET connections (please bring your laptop).

The bedroom has its authentic wooden beams that date from the 1800s. There is a large comfortable bed, a writing desk by the window that overlooks into the charming courtyard, another fitted closet, and a bathroom.

The bathroom has a real shower and a wash basin.
