Beautiful new condo on the amazing beaches of the Gulf in Fort Morgan, AL. You will certainly enjoy the privacy and seclusion of the beach and the surrounding area. Set in a community of pastel beach houses, the Indies has wonderful amenities and beautiful views of the Gulf.
Our condo, located on 4th floor, is an open floorplan with tile floors in living area and baths and carpet in bedrooms. The living area has eating area to accomodate 6 at table and 3 at bar. Beautiful views of gulf from living area. Kitchen has granite countertops, new black appliances, shaker style cabinets. Master bath has great views of Gulf and large bath. Bunk room has full on bottom and single on top. Queen room has huge bath off of it. All bedrooms have huge closets (big enough for pack and play if traveling with small children). Huge baths with tile floors, big tubs, granite countertops, nickle fixtures.
Bose stereo sound system in living area, flat screen TV in living area. Balcony is huge with awesome views! Heated pool, hottub on pool deck, baby pool. Pool has cascading waterfall and wading pool on top area. Fitness center with TVs and Business center with High Speed Internet, all available with ammenities key.
The rooftop has amazing views of the Gulf and perfect for sunset cocktails. Restaurants close by. Short walk to beach, umbrella and chair rentals for the beach during summer months. You will want to come back every year when you discover the secluded getaway!
