This rental unit is in the front of the building on the TOP (third) floor with lofted, open ceilings and a North view over Lake Erie's Sandusky Bay and Cedar Point. Don't be fooled by photos of other units showing the view from the Chesapeake Lofts, all my views of the lake were taken FROM MY UNIT.

Why the Owner Chose Sandusky
I've lived in Sandusky my whole life. I bought one of the nicest units in the Paper District to show my support for the project. When I saw how beautiful the whole Chesapeake Loft Building turned out I loved it! Decided to keep the unit and allow others to enjoy Sandusky and the surrounding lake area as I have my whole life. The stunning sunset views over the lake make for a memorable stay!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Make no mistake about it many of the cheaper units in the building don't have any or limited views of the water. Be careful when reading their captions. This penthouse floor lofted ceiling unit has a stunning view - INCLUDING THE SUNSET.
Center of Downtown Sandusky - Beautiful park with fountain and is the home base for many activities in Sandusky (Ohio Bike week, Car cruises, etc...)

Place was exactly as described - VIEW WAS STUNNING. Very clean, well furnished, loved the lofted ceilings.

This was our first time to Sandusky and our first time renting a Condominium. We were absolutely delighted that we did. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and exactly as described. We loved the floor plan layout. The view of Lake Erie was unbelievable! We sat and watched the boats go by in the morning and one evening we watched the sunset. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see. The Jackson Street Pier has Ferry service over to the 2 islands (Put-In-Bay and Kelley's Island) is right next to the condo. We split Cedar Point and the water park between 2 days which both were 5 minutes away from the condo. The islands are a must see with plenty to do. We recommended this condo to my parents for there 50th anniversary. We definitely would go back.

Excellent condo.. 2nd year we spent our vacation here. Great location, wonderful view. Clean, plenty of room. Great pool. Everything was perfect.
