In the back yard is an amazing water feature with falls and a pond. Your back deck is about ten feet from the water. This is a private home with a 2 car garage, RV/trailer parking within 100 feet and it is located on the nationally ranked "Wolf Creek Golf Course". Golf Digest ranks Wolf Creek number 25 in "America's 100 Greatest Public" Golf Courses.
Mesquite also boasts four other world class golf courses, gambling at four major casinos, excellent restaurants, and spas. Out your back door is 1000's of miles of off road, mountain biking, ATV adventures etc. It is only an hour’s drive to all the excitement that Las Vegas has to offer and 45 minutes to Lake Mead. The Valley of Fire, Brianhead Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and The Grand Canyon are also pretty close. Most of these places you can ride to off-road from Mesquite without touching pavement. Lake Mead takes about 2 hours from Mesquite or you can do an overnight trip to The Grand Canyon off-road and camp.
You will be staying in a newly furnished, three bedroom, three bath home that is nicely appointed. It has two master bedrooms with King beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed, all of which have their own private bathrooms. There is a new television with cable and DVD player in the living area. The downstairs master bedroom has its own entry to the lower patio. The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony. If you need extra room, there is plenty of space for an air mattress etc. Nobody has left here disappointed with the accommodations.
We have two homes listed on this site. They are right next door with the front doors facing each other (doors are about 12 feet apart). The other is a two bedroom two bath listing #132688. If you have a big party you can look and see if both are available. We have rented both for family reunions, Thanksgiving, etc.
The comments, from visitors, is that they would normally have to take 3-4 different vacations to get this variety of world class offerings. I have been told many times that it will be their new annual vacation and wished they had discovered it years before. |
