This unit is #203, in the most popular, Sunny Beach Club Condominium. The complex consists of only 36 units which makes you feel like you have your own private pool and beach. This is a no drive beach and theres no public beach parking. This keeps the beach very private, for locals only. You will enjoy the spectacular views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Afraid of heights? This 2nd floor unit is just right. Not to high, Not to low. On the balcony, you can overlook the Ocean & watch the kids right beneath you in the Pool.
When We are there we fish on the beach,collect sea shells,and swim in the warm ocean surf. We set the beach chairs right in the surf and watch the kids play in the water. It's the kind of vacation WE had when we were kids. Most days we have the beach to ourselves.
You can watch the dolphins swim down shore in the morning and return in the afternoon. There are many attractions near by for enjoyment. Disney, Daytona Beach and Raceway, Cape Canaveral, Alligator Farm, Marineland and St. Augustine are all within an hour.
