PAYMENT: Full payment must be received at least 60-days prior to arrival (90-days
during holiday season). Payment to be made by cash, personal or business check,
travelers cheques.
$1000/Deposit.  $350/Out Cleaning Fee.
In addition to the above fees, the state of Hawaii imposes an 11.25% tax.
Holiday Season .. Dec 15-Jan 15 (14 night minimum).
