Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
Purchasing this condo is for a long term goal my husband and I have to be "snow-birds" when we retire someday! The winters are consistently warm with sunshine and the Palm Springs area is a half-day trip from the Northwest area where we live.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love sitting out on the patio and having breakfast in the mornings. It is usually sunny and pleasant. Recently we purchased bikes for the property and enjoyed riding the bikes to the C.O.D.(College of the Desert)saturday market. Parking was easy!
