The house has an adjoining, covered, outdoor area at the back for private "alfresco" dining.

It is a very easy, three minute stroll down a small lane to the beach, which is ideal for long walks and shell collecting. Only a five minute walk to the quaint, fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, which is having a brand new marina developed. Here there are a selection of dining options, otherwise the attractive typical town of Bucerias is only a five minute drive away, where many more shops, restaurants, and banks are available.

For more shopping and nightlife options, Puerto Vallarta is only 30 minutes away, which offers something for everyone, as well as boasting the second best selection of gourmet restaurants after Mexico City!

A hire care would be ideal for exploring more of the local sights and beaches, alternatively taxis are inexpensive in this area.
