Come one, come all! Families and Friends are welcome to visit "Jeannie's Ski Place!" This 3-level twin home has the most amazing, gorgeous view of the Salt Lake Valley! On the top floor are 3 bedrooms: a queen bed in the green room (the Kennedy), a queen bed in the beige room (the Leo), a full bath for these two rooms, and a King bed in the master with adjoining master bathroom. All rooms are furnished with new bedding, towels and linens since August 2007!

The main floor is where the living and dining rooms are, with a half bath, fully-equipped basics' stocked kitchen, and breathtaking view of the city. The vaulted ceilings give way to enormous windows that allow you to see the majesties of the mountains to the East and the West. The best times to enjoy are the sunsets in the evenings! We love to grill on the deck and hang out on the swing and patio set. A small desk with modem and wi-fi are also located on this level, plus a manual of all the how-to's of the house and the where-to's of the places close by (ski resorts, golf courses, restaurants, menus, shopping, etc.). Enjoy cable HDTV viewing on the 42" flat screen, while watching the sun set at the same time!

Finally, the basement is actually a mother-in-law studio apartment that can be accessed from the house but also has its own separate entry from the outside. It has its own patio (under the deck), kitchen (minimally stocked), queen bed, futon that converts to a full bed (bedding included), full-size aerobed, jetted tub, foosball game table, and access to the hot tub. The washer and dryer are located on this floor, complete with all the detergent and cleaning supplies you might need.

  • This is a wonderful home and location to stay. Lucinda was so accommodating with the process. And, Judy made sure to meet us upon arrival and that we had everything we needed. The location is central to everything, downtown, the lake, mountains. There is so much to do in the area and Jeannie's was a great base to work from. My whole family loved the home and I'm sure you will too!

  • This house was the perfect home base for our summer vacation. We had easy access to hiking and fly fishing. We had a full house with 9 adults, and it was nice we could all sit down together for dinner. The rental staff was very accomodating; the house was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. View is remarkable. I would recommend this to anyone.

  • This is a fantastic house. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 2 weeks. Our kids were very sad to leave. We had the Grandparents for a long weekend and still there was plenty of room. The view of the sunset over the valley is amazing and on a clear night you can see the Capitol building and down town. The mountains are minutes away and just as beautiful. There is easy access to any thing you want to do. The wonderful ladies who manage the property were welcoming and very helpful. We would highly reccomend this house as a place to stay, summer or winter.

  • We spent a wonderful week at Jeannie's Ski Place.( second week in April 08). The house was comfortable, had everything we needed and was conveniently located for our week of skiing at Snowbird. We especially loved the city and mountain views and the hot tub which we used almost every evening after skiing. The beds were very comfortable as well! Thank you Jeannie.   • Very clean, quiet and well kept house at a competitive rate. Great accommodations close to all major SLC ski resorts (20 min). The manager(s) were very responsive to our every need (even minor issues). We will definitely return to Jeanie's on our next ski trip to Utah .......likely next year.

  • Jeannie's Ski Place was a great place to stay for our trip to Alta and Snowbird. It's in great condition, great location, with good bedrooms, hot tub, satellite TV, internet and property managers who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for more!

  • Cute place! Needed a bathmat for the bath and one appeared that evening. Needed a better iron than the one on site, and that appeared just as quickly. There were a lot of touches like this that made my stay great--kleenex that has lotion (which I have now converted to) and drinks in the fridge. A welcome basket with goodies, and maps and menus of the area were other details that made it feel like a home. Good to work with!

  • Spent 3 days at Jeannie's Ski Place in early October. Our stay was a real pleasure. Lucinda, Judy, and Jeannie were all very pleasant to work with, and the property was even better than we had hoped from the website. The townhouse is in excellent condition, VERY clean, and has everything one would need for a trouble-free stay. Best of all, it's very accessible for skiing and hiking in the Wasatch -- we were at trailheads in the canyons in 20 minutes and traffic was never an issue. Good restaurants and grocery stores are all nearby, along with downtown Salt Lake only a short drive away. A great stay!
