This property is located in the quiet, cool mountains of western North Carolina. This area of North Carolina has been described as the Yosemite of the east with numerous rocky face views in Sapphire Valley. Views of Fairfield Lake and Bald Rock are seen from the decks as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. It has recently been redecorated and refurbished with new furniture and appliances.

The Fall colors in this area are outstanding and the temperature perfect for any outdoor activity you desire. The amenities are all here from several public mountain golf courses to horseback riding and boating on nearby Glenville Lake, the highest lake east of the Mississippi! The amenities at the Fairfield Sapphire Valley Community Center, five minutes away, are described in the FSV URL link. There are numerous water falls and hiking trails right in the area too.

Once you have visited this remarkable area you will want to return again and again. We are located approximately two and half hours from the Atlanta airport and 65-70 minutes from the Asheville airport. Come stay and lose track of time in this peaceful paradise.
