Enjoy the stunning view of the wide Rubicon Canal from your lanai, or relax by the large pool or spa. Amenities include ceramic tile in the living area. Master bath with separate shower and tub, and the second bath is large and includes an oversized shower. Very clean and modern. First floor unit with new furnishings and all the comforts of home.

Ten minute access to the river and close to Sanibel and Captiva islands as well as the Gulf. Lanai, pool, and hot tub area just steps from your back door and over looking the boat docks and wide Rubicon canal.

Three bedrooms, master with queen bed luxury bath including soaking tub and separate oversized shower. Second bedroom with queen bed and plenty of room. Third bedroom with two twin beds great for the kids. Kitchen with new appliances including built in microwave and side by side refrigerator and smooth top range. Breakfast bar with stools and separate breakfast area. (Plenty of room for all.) New linens, comforters, towels, and pillows as of July of 2007. Living area with view of the water. Lanai with patio furniture.

Only eight units in this complex allow you use of the pool and hot tub at your leisure. Very quiet and peaceful. Small pets allowed 25 pounds or less. Attached one car garage.

  • We stayed at the Blue Water Villas condominums for 3 months - January 2008 through March 2008. The condo was outstanding - very spacious and clean with all the amenities of home. The furnishings were very comfortable and stylish. Everything we possibly could need was provided and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. Extra bed linens and towels were also provided and appreciated. The heated pool and hot tub were just steps away from the lanai which was very convenient. Although we did noy bring a boat, there are slips available. We found the city of Cape Coral to be a great escape from the Northeast. Shopping and dining choices abound on nearby DelPrado Blvd. Ft Myers Beach is about 15 minutes away - Captiva and Sanibel Islands were about a half hour away - an easy drive with public beaches scattered on both. All and all, this was an outstanding winter retreat for us and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for paradise. The owner and property manager were easy to work with and very accessible answering any questions we had. We recommend Blue Water Villas highly - you won't be disappointed.

  • We stayed for six weeks in this condo and would do it again. If you like to watch the boats go by, it has a great view of the canal. The condo has all the amenities you are looking for and close proximity to shopping and the local beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed our stay.
