The dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and studio office open to the courtyard — ideal for indoor/outdoor California living. Beautifully furnished, the living room and master bedroom have gas fireplaces, a new kitchen enjoys every modern convenience — including stainless steel appliances and an espresso machine. Serve a buffet dinner on the island or curl up on the window seat with your morning coffee.

The private courtyard has a Jacuzzi spa, deck, barbecue and outdoor dining and living. While away a morning in the hammock, listen to the fountain and enjoy the orchids and spanish moss hanging from the trees, the scent of jasmine, orange blossoms and rosemary, pick some herbs and take time to smell the roses.

The den is open plan to the dining room and kitchen. The master has a private bathroom. There is unlimited free local and nationwide long-distance phone calls, plenty of off-street parking and room for 2 cars on the driveway.

This oasis is ideal for vacationing in Los Angeles, visiting executives, filmmakers needing a home base and relocating professionals.



While you are here you may want to: shop on Rodeo Drive, at the Grove or in Century City; catch the local color while you shop or eat on Abbott Kinney in Venice or 3rd St in West Hollywood; movie theaters are abundant; Fox and Sony Studios are 5 minutes away; local live theaters are the Kirk Douglas theater in Culver City and the Geffen Playhouse in Westwood; walk to the Farmer's Market on Tues afternoon; or go to the Santa Monica one on Sunday where you can order your breakfast, enjoy it with live music and pick up your organic produce and flowers; enjoy the Venice boardwalk or rent a bike and follow the bike path along the beach.

Downtown events at LA Live, Staples Center, Disney Hall or the Music Center are close by with easy access to the freeway, as are USC and UCLA. Museums in the area are the Los Angeles County Museum (LACMA), Page Museum (see the tar pits), Hammer Museum, MOCA, Natural History Museum and California Science Center. Nearby parks are Rancho Park, Will Rogers State Park, Griffith Park and the beaches. Disneyland is an hour and Universal Studios is less than a half-hour away.
