Spectacular views of Western Lake and the Gulf of Mexico from the wrap around porch of this 6 bedroom plus dorm loft. 4 bath lake front home. Porch access from the living room and all 4 bedrooms. (3 king rooms, 2 queen rooms , 4 full beds in the dorm loft, 6th bedroom has a twin bunk and a twin/full bunk.- sleeps 23).The 5th and 6th bedroom are accessible from the carport area.
This house is in the most popular southeast corner of Grayton Beach, with 2 sides facing Western lake and out in front to the south is the Western lake inlet and the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular views of Western Lake , Grayton Beach state park and the gulf from the wrap-a-round porch. Dont forget your fishing pole, kayak or small boat; because from this house you also have access to a private dock. The rates will stay the same as 2007. Many plasma TV's /DVD's. This has quickly become a Grayton beach favorite on Rivard's rental program. Parking for 4-6 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season.
