We spent 10 wonderful days enjoying this beautiful villa. From the time we arrived we felt at home. Glenville was there to welcome us. Anne Marie had prepared a nice supper to enjoy. Anne Marie always cooked fabulous meals and kept the house tidy at all times. Glenville had coffee ready each morning and the grounds were immaculate. Anne Marie and Glenville were there for all our needs and they truly made our holiday absolutely perfect. We felt so comfortable booking the villa through Keith as he contacted us several times before and after booking. He made sure all the arrangements were made prior to arrival, so we had nothing to worry about. Keith truly wants you to enjoy your stay and we did indeed. The airport transfers, the passes to Doctor's Cave Beach, the birthday cake and all the extras were greatly appreciated by all of us. We will be returning as this is the best vaction we had. We spent a week in this villa and I can honestly say I don't have any complaints at all. Every need I had was met almost instantly. This was our third trip to Jamaica, but out first staying in a private villa. The food was delicious. Anne Marie encourage med to try goat, which I did and must admit was quite tasty. The pool got great sun. Especially in the morning until about 2pm. It was by far the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. We did frequent Doctor's Cave Beach one day and did enjoy it. We have traditionally stayed in Negril, but we really enjoyed our time in Montego Bay and would definitely return.

This was my first time staying at a vacation home\ villa and it was amazing. I was apart of a large group and we booked the whole house it was indeed OUR house for the week and we were there, with the added benifit of a helper and security. Ann-Marie does a great job in keeping the house and she is an excellent cook. She prepared some of our favorites and they were finger-licking good! She is also very pleasant. We always felt safe as the gates are always locked and security patrols the property. The accomodations are just right for our needs, free internet, outdoor pool and just minutes away from Doctors Cave Beach. I even did a little snorkling so bring your goggles if you are into that. We had a great time communication was great with Keith and the airport pickup and drop off was flawless. Island Breeze Villa made our week in Jamaica a great experience. Thanks keith!!

The girls and I rented this wonderful villa for our yearly girls getaway. The location was perfect, very safe &, the neighborhood was beautiful, very posh! The girls and I were spoiled rotten by Ann Marie & Glen, We still talk about how much we miss them. Ann Marie's cooking is out of this world, OMG!! Every morning we were greeted by a delicious breakfast, a very nice way to start the day, and every evening,after hanging out at the beach all day, we were greeted with an even AMAZING dinner. Ann Marie did a wonderful job at keeping the villa nice and clean as well did I mention how amazing she is!!!! Glen was so WONDERFUL, he took VERY good care of us, Ann Marie went home every night but Glen who lives on the premises around the back, made sure we were always comfortable and SAFE, especially after we strolled in late at night from partying all night long. WE LOVE YOU GLEN! We would defintely rent this villa again!!

Words can't describe what a wonderful experience we had at Island Breeze Villa!!! From the moment we inquired about booking the villa to our good-bye it was fabulous. The villa is immaculate, Anne Marie and Glen were wonderful and the location was perfect. We chose to rent our own vehicle and had no problem getting around to see the sites. The passes to Doctor's Cave Beach were appreciated as well. We felt very safe at all times and felt at home thanks to Anne Marie and Glen. Keith is fabulous at communicating all arrangements and he really wants you to be comfortable. He is upfront about everything and very thorough. Keith really wants you to enjoy your trip. If you want something, you just let them know and viola, it's done! We certainly were not used to this type of pampering but we grew very fond of Anne Marie and Glen and thought of them as one of us. It was hard to ask them to wait on us and do things for us but they truly love to make you comfortable. We did not want to leave, it truly was a home away from home. We are already planning on returning next year as this was by far the best accommodation and vacation we have ever had. You can't go wrong with staying at Island Breeze Villa!!

Island Breeze Villa!!!!!

It was a pleasure working with the owner Keith who made it easy to book our vacation (even gave us a discount!). My wife and I had a relaxing week stay (March 20-27, 2011) at this LARGE, beautiful home which looks like the website photos and was VERY clean thanks to Anne-Marie who is also an excellent cook. Glenville, the butler, will have your coffee ready for you when you wake in the morning and breakfast will be served at the time you request. It is a 5-10 minute drive to a lot of key places...Margaritaville, Doctor's Cave Beach, Coral Cliff Casino, shopping, SCOTCHIES!, and a 2 min. drive to the Progressive Foods Grocery which has reasonable prices for your food and liquor. Barry, the excellent driver, will be happy to take you to all of these and other places for a reasonable fee. Scotchies restaurant has EXCELLENT jerk pork which my wife and I still talk about! BUT don't go dressed up because it's out doors and set up for very casual attire. Coral Cliff, which is across the street from Mararitaville on the "HIP Strip" has a nice Casino with slot machines (1 cent, 5 cents, 25 cents, 1 dollar, etc.) and people actually WIN! My wife played on a penney machine using 1 dollar for 2 hours before it went back to zero! Other folk were winning decent money while we were there. There is No admission fee for the casino and No cover charge for the excellent entertainment at the nightclub there. Guests at Island Breeze Villa have free passes to the Doctor's Cave beach, but we skipped going this year (been to Jamaica about 7 times). The neighborhood of the villa has some very, beautiful homes (one blue house looks like a castle), but be advised that as you go for a walk in the neighborhood that most homes have big guard dogs behind their security gates so don't be alarmed when you hear and see the dogs barking! They're just doin' their job! We usually stay at different places when we go to Jamaica and were going to continue our tradition, but the more we talk about our vacation at this villa and the places we visited we decided to break our tradition and return the next visit to beautiful JAMAICA!!! Many thanks once again to Mr. Keith Hayle and the wonderful staff at the Island Breeze Villa! P.S. we are spreading the word to people we know and meet about this wonderful villa.

My brother, sister , her husband , and I took our first trip to Jamaica February 26-March 5. We take a trip together every winter, and we do not always agree on how it all turns out. But we ALL agreed that this trip was great and that we will do it again!! The staff was great!! Our meals were wonderful, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was just like we wanted it. The villa was very comfortable. WE all had good beds, bath, and a great "island breeze", too! The golf courses where we played were just a few minutes away as well as the grocery store and the beach! It was all just right! Keith, the owner, was very helpful before we arrived. He sent emails and even called me several times to answer all the questions I had. We WILL be back!! Laura Rawl, Charleston,SC

MY family nad i spend two weeks at the Island breeze and it was the best vacation ever.The villa is very comfortable and spacious and give you the complete feel of home. Amazing Vacation

If anyone is unsure about renting a villa in Jamaica, I would strongly recommend that you book this property and see for yourself. The villa itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The house is kept very clean and neat - the bedrooms are great with vaulted wooden ceilings, private en suite and private balconies overlooking the sea. I felt at home from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were wonderful in taking care of us and seeing to our every need. The meals were absolutely delicious and we felt very lucky to have enjoyed such great local cuisine. We had the pleasure of having Barry drive us around the area for the week - he was very professional, helpful and always very friendly. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. All in all, I can't say enough how much we enjoyed this vacation. I hope to return soon and I will definitely recommend this experience to everyone I know travelling to this area. Lastly, go to Scotchies at least once! Great jerk chicken and pork.

Island Breeze was the perfect backdrop for our girls' getaway/birthday celebration. The villa was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. If you are looking for a place with lots or privacy but close to everything this is the place ! I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool or sitting in the garden writing. The views of the ocean are exceptional as well. Special thanks to Annemarie & Glenville for spoiling us and to Dean for making us feel safe. Do not hesitate to book this villa, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent place! The staff (Ann-marie and Glenville) were both excellent and pleasant to deal with, the view from the pool deck was fantastic! but waking up every morning to a fresh pot of coffee and a cooked breakfast after a morning swim was heavenly. Also, every day there was a nice breeze (especially in the evenings) out on the deck. The passes for Doctor's Cave Beach (which is one of the best beaches in Jamaica) was a nice touch, we used those every other day. If you want a nice, relaxing vacation away from the hotels, then this is the place. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone from the owner to the security guard. If you rent a car, you'll have no trouble finding your way to and from the villa, and the Blue Diamond shops at the foot of the hill are very convenient, there is also a bank, ATM, Cambio and a gas station across the road from the Blue Diamond plaza, so all in all it is a very convenient place. I plan to return soon!

Island Breeze is a true paradise

Island Breeze was the perfect setting for a fantastic family vacation. For those who like the privacy of a home yet access to any activities, this is ideal. From the first contact via email inquiring about availability through the call from the owner upon returning to the states, our visit was spot on. The staff is exceptional from the food prepared (not used to having a cook) to the great personality of our driver as well as setting up our day trips after arrival. Please remember, this is not an all inclusive hotel; you will need to plan your adventures according to your needs or you can relax by the pool and read all week. The access to the private beach at Doctors Cave was appreciated, dinner at Scotchie's (10 minutes away) was truly the best Jerk on the Island. Read a couple of guide books to find the more "local" dining spots if you like; and dont forget to speak with "Parchie", the manager of the Sunshine Villas office to plan what YOU want to do.

Island Breeze Villa is amazing and would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone! My husband and I would never stay at another resort again. The villa is very large, exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and the pool is very refreshing. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist you and give you as much privacy as you want. All the meals were fantastic and we never left hungry. Although I am sure we could have eaten more but then we'd only be eating for taste. The Villa is a 5 minute drive from the beach and Montego Bay. The Villa is in a fantastic location. It's about half way between Negril and Ocho Rios. We rented car for the week and toured Dunns River Falls, Braco Stables, Negril and Ocho Rios. We also scuba dived near Falmouth. We enjoyed the jerk chicken at Scotchies as well as at a meat stand in Montego Bay one evening, the Jamaican patties at Juicy Patties and Red Stripe beer at the local bars/pubs. The live entertainment (band) at the Casino is worth checking out as well. All in all, I can assure you will not be disappointed if you book your next vacation at Island Breeze Villa. We would definitely go back.

This was my first experience of staying in a villa and I have traveled to Jamaica for the past six years. It was absolutely wonderful; a feeling as if you were home. I enjoyed my stay and the staff so much that I am returning for a trwo week stay. The owner is wonderful to work with and the staff is extremely accommodating and the food prepared is AWESOME! You will certainly not be disappointed when you chose to vacation here.

Island Breeze is a tranquil and fantastic alternative for travelers who wish to experience all that Jamaica offers, yet don't want to be "trapped" in a resort. Once you have this private villa experience, you won't want to stay in a resort again! The villa itself has all the comforts of home, and more! The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and the balconies have great views of the sea. The gated grounds are very well maintained and provide nice "green space" to enjoy the outdoors or let kids roam free. The staff are so friendly and provide first-class service and meals. The town and private beach club are just a few minutes' drive. Highly encourage a stay at the Island Breeze and a chance to go out and experience the real Jamaica and all the wonderful things it offers!

The house was clean and well maintained, the staff was wonderful and resourceful, the presence of the security personnel made me feel safe and at home during my stay (not that I was concerned). I enjoyed the late night swims and conversations around the private pool, as I melted in the fantastic view of the beach and surrounding areas/landscapes. The villa is very tranquil and peaceful. I felt like a queen in a castle. The Villa is located about 10-15 minute drive to the tourist strip, which is an added plus and avoids the constant noise from traffic and vistors in the late evenings. The home is child friendly, as they provided books and board games for your pleasures. Overall all, my stay was wonderful. I have no complaints. Hoping to Return Soon,

My second Home

This is my vacation home. I love it here. The view is great. Very spacious, even the bedrooms are roomy. You feel that your home. The staff there is the best. Anne Marie is a fabulous cook. The butler is there to care for your every need. I would get up in the morning and take a swim and by the time I was finished my breakfast would be ready. I felt safe with the security officer that they have patroling at night and the securtiy fence. It's a short drive to Montego Bay and all the night life, yet far enough away to enjoy the beauty of Jamaica. I have used this place as a girls get a way and as peace of mind get away. I recommend this place to stay. You might find yourself as I did, making it your vacation home. Don't worry be happy.
