House from Lake - Hartwell Rental
Beautiful house on Lake Hartwell with a great lake view and private dock. There are four bedrooms for a total occupancy of eight people.There is one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. There is a gently sloping lot leading to the lake and a private dock. The surrounding lots are undeveloped making this large cove perfect location for both swimming and boating.
On the upstairs balcony, there is a private hot tub that is great to relax in and enjoy the lake view. Below that is the covered and screened-in patio/outside dining area that includes a large outdoor table that is great for outdoor dining and relaxing.
This house will give you the feeling of isolation with the convenience of downtown Hartwell and many different stores that are only three minutes away. The Gum Branch boat ramp which is 1/2 mile away, so plan on bringing your boat and jet skis.
$325/night weekend .. $1325/week .. $4000/month, high season
$200/night weekend .. $ 850/week .. $3000/month, low season
