The Unique Benefits of this House
The house and the community are perfect for large families with children of different ages: it is very large, has several entertainment areas for different groups. Babies and small kids would not be waken up the the older kids and adults, and vice verse because the sound does not travel from one floor to another. There is also a lot of entertainment in the house: 8' pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, Karaoke. The family oriented community offers many amenities: 2 heated swimming pools, kiddie pool, 8 tennis courts, club house with exercise room, basketball court, large playground for kids, soccer fild. It is also very quiet and safe The beach access is easy, and at the same time there are plenty of fun things to do other than sunbathing, which will allow you not to protect your kids from prolonged exposure to the sun.

We all had a terrific week in this beautiful home. All of us were very comfortable in each bedroom and the bathrooms were lovely and very adequate for 21 of us. The game room was the hit for the tweens and the teens and even some adults. We had two wonderful karaoke nights and the ping pong matches in the garage were fantastic. We did use the white bike, biking to the the beach was magnificent and we also used the bus. We played tennis, swam in the pool and enjoyed the town of Bethany. For our group of 21, the house was perfect.

Your house is beautiful. We fit six families and everything was very comfortable and well thought out. The amenities were fabulous, we loved the entertainment room (the karaoke, pool table, ping pong table, and Foosball were awesome). The house is huge, with lots of private space for everyone as well as common areas where we could all hang out and eat together. We had a couple of family dinners outside in the enclosed patio which was really nice. We enjoyed the swimming pools and tennis facility in the development because these facilities were never crowded. It was easy to get to the beach - definitely a vacation we will remember for a long time.

With numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, and family gathering spaces this is an ideal home for a family vacation or reunion gatherings. There is ample dining space in the eat in kitchen, 1st level porch and tables on the patio to accomodate your family/friends. Entertainment is abundant with many TVs, pool, ping pong and Fusbol tables. Our family all enjoyed our summer vacation in this house! There is room to "get away" within the house or participate in all family/group activities.

The home was wonderful and we all loved staying there! The house worked out great with younger children (who rise early) sleeping downstairs and teenagers upstairs. Sounds did not travel from floor to floor and everyone was so comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone (14 adults and 12 grandchildren) to have their private space and great space for all of us to eat together. This was an experience we will never forget and a large part was because of the way the house was laid out. Thank you for such a great stay at your lovely beach home. It was all that you advertised and it was in great shape. It was a pleasure working with you.

My family and I gathered for a birthday party, celebrating my mother's 80th. Members travelled from Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Three generations of folks, all in one place! House was big enough, plenty of sleeping accomodations. Kitchen was very well appointed....important since we did all meals in. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy the Delaware beaches.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Bethany Beach. We were 5 families (10 adults, 9 kids) and the size of the house was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the BR with bunkbeds. We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the outside porch. We played cards on the kitchen table and enjoyed long morning conversations with coffee in the upstairs sunroom. We ordered pizza for the kids from Grotto's. Also, got seafood from Cottage Cafe which was excellent. The owner was prompt and provided detailed instructions and the house is very well appointed. We went to the community pool, Bethany beach and Ocean City boardwalk. All in all it was a memorable weekend!

We had an awesome stay at this luxurious house. It met all our family needs. We took advantage of and enjoyed the things provided within the house, (pool table, ping-pong table, televisions, and even the puzzles). Our family members visited area beaches and spent quality time at a few board walks. The property was in great condition and included all the conveniences of home. We went to Rusty Rudders at Dewy Beach with our large group and enjoyed quit a variety of seafood. Highly recommended! Ina was very professional and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Proceedures were very detailed. After returning home I was please to receive my deposit in such a timely manner. Sincerely, Janet and Family

The house was very well maintained, clean, and well stocked. We had 4 families stay, 8 adults and 7 kids. We were able to accomodate everyone comfortably with room for people to move somewhere else if they wanted. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils. There were choices of where to set up a meal and having the porch was very nice. The owner called to be sure everything was ok and that was very nice. We were within walking distance of a good pizza place, Rita's ices and several other small shops. Bike rentals were also right there. The beach is a 10 minute bike ride away. I would recommend this house to larger groups.
