You can have the best of both worlds in this beautiful 2BR beachfront condo, located on the 8th floor. Sip your morning coffee on the spacious terrace overlooking the beach, and put your feet up at day's end and watch the sun set on another beautiful day. When it's beach time, there is a high speed elevator located directly outside your door to transport you to the beach, where beach service has been reserved just for you. A workout is simple in the well-equipped exercise room, an on-site massage just a phone call away, saunas, whirlpools, indoor and outdoor pools, and even a poolside snack and beverage service.
If a day full of activities is more your speed, a short 5 minute walk will take you to Pier Park, Panama City Beach's newest hotspot for shopping, dining, movies, and nightlife. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, (located in Pier Park), is the perfect place to sit on the deck, enjoy the music and watch the sunset. Beach activities such as parasailing, wave running, boating and more are also easy to arrange by visiting the "office" located on the beach right in front of Aqua. There is even a brand new pier going up which will be a great gathering place for fishing, lounging, or sipping a beer, and it is only a 5 minute stroll down the beach!
Your condo is fully equipped with all the dishes, pans, linens, and gadgets you will need,(should you choose to cook), with dining available on the terrace, at the bar, or the dining room table. Entertainment includes 3 flat screen tvs, dvds, stereo system and internet access. And we have really comfortable mattresses on the beds for a good nights sleep! (even on the queen sleeper sofa) We've included blackout curtains and blinds should you desire to sleep in. Whether you are sleeping in the master bedroom or in the second bedroom, there is a full bath conveniently located.
Our furniture is designed for comfort, and the views from the master bedroom (which opens directly to the terrace), living room, and terrace are to die for! Your terrace is located directly above the pools, just high enough for some privacy but low enough to hear all the ocean sounds. We offer covered parking connected to the building, and security is on-site for your personal and vehicle protection. Our trip was a girls trip so we used every part of the condo, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, tasteful, safe place to stay. The master bath is very spacious and lovely with two sinks. We loved having the master bedroom on the front of the building where there was little noise, and we could look out and see the ocean in addition to the view from the living room. One of us slept in the smaller bedroom, and she was pleased with it as well. Two bathrooms is a always a plus whenever women are involved! This condo is at a perfect height above the ocean. It is not so high that you feel afraid but high enough to see the beauty of what God has created. We especially loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach. They are so comfortable! Teresa was extremely helpful and quick to respond each time I contacted her. She is also very personable and makes us feel welcome in her place. Just a pleasant trip in every way!

First let me say Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The accommodations were just wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much. We normally take a beach trip in the summer (June, July), so this was our first time at the beach in September. We loved it. The weather was beautiful and no humidity. The condo was so spacious and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony were beautiful. This was the perfect condo within walking distance of the pier and Pier Park. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your beautiful place.

We wanted a room with a great view in a great location and we got both with this condo. The furniture was great and the room was extremly clean. We loved being able to walk out of the condo and eat anywhere we would like. We'll definately be staying here again!!

Bright and Airy Beachfront Paradise was paradise. Teresa has a beautiful gulf view. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. Teresa takes very good care of her condo. It's clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The location is walking distance to many shops, bars/grills and activities (i.e., jetskis, parasailing, helicopter rides). I would recommend this property to all.

This was our first family vacation. Our teenage boys were very impressed with the condo. They were excited about how close we were to the beach and that it felt like we lived here. Teresa was very responsive to all my questions and responded immediately to any concerns I had. The weather was perfect and the location of Aqua was in the middle of where "IT" was happening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Panama City Beach. If we go back to PCB, we will definitely contact Teresa. Thanks for making our first family vacation a huge success!!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was like it was made for us. The condo is fully furnished. The perk my husband and I liked was the incldued beach chairs! That was awesome! The location is awesome and this property is close to everything. You can walk to Pier Park, Sharkey's, etc. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

We loved our stay at Aqua. We stayed the week of July 4th. We loved the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great way to see the wonderful fireworks shot off from the pier. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony is awesome. Our communication with Teresa was great. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I was concerned about going to a popular beach over a holiday week but I have to say it was wonderful. The condo and the beach never felt over crowded. Elevators were quick. The beach chairs were great. Pineapple Willys is a great place to eat. Great service and great view. Thanks for a great place to stay for a very resaonable price.

We had a great stay at the Aqua. The condo unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the aminities we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The condo was very quite and very convientenly located near one of the elevators. The elevators were quick, the pools were very nice, the property was well kept. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo unit to others.
