The condo was beautiful. The views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom were wonderful. The Aqua is a very nice complex. Teresa was very helpful in answering all of our questions and was very prompt in all of her responses. The beach chairs reserved for us each day were probably one of our favorite parts of this vacation. Many families of all ages were at the Aqua. It was one of the best vacations we have taken and will definitely return.

Our trip was a girls trip so we used every part of the condo, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, tasteful, safe place to stay. The master bath is very spacious and lovely with two sinks. We loved having the master bedroom on the front of the building where there was little noise, and we could look out and see the ocean in addition to the view from the living room. One of us slept in the smaller bedroom, and she was pleased with it as well. Two bathrooms is a always a plus whenever women are involved! This condo is at a perfect height above the ocean. It is not so high that you feel afraid but high enough to see the beauty of what God has created. We especially loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach. They are so comfortable! Teresa was extremely helpful and quick to respond each time I contacted her. She is also very personable and makes us feel welcome in her place. Just a pleasant trip in every way!

First let me say Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The accommodations were just wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much. We normally take a beach trip in the summer (June, July), so this was our first time at the beach in September. We loved it. The weather was beautiful and no humidity. The condo was so spacious and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony were beautiful. This was the perfect condo within walking distance of the pier and Pier Park. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your beautiful place.

Bright and Airy Beachfront Paradise was paradise. Teresa has a beautiful gulf view. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. Teresa takes very good care of her condo. It's clean, up-to-date and comfortable. The location is walking distance to many shops, bars/grills and activities (i.e., jetskis, parasailing, helicopter rides). I would recommend this property to all.

We wanted a room with a great view in a great location and we got both with this condo. The furniture was great and the room was extremly clean. We loved being able to walk out of the condo and eat anywhere we would like. We'll definately be staying here again!!

This was our first family vacation. Our teenage boys were very impressed with the condo. They were excited about how close we were to the beach and that it felt like we lived here. Teresa was very responsive to all my questions and responded immediately to any concerns I had. The weather was perfect and the location of Aqua was in the middle of where "IT" was happening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Panama City Beach. If we go back to PCB, we will definitely contact Teresa. Thanks for making our first family vacation a huge success!!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was like it was made for us. The condo is fully furnished. The perk my husband and I liked was the incldued beach chairs! That was awesome! The location is awesome and this property is close to everything. You can walk to Pier Park, Sharkey's, etc. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

We loved our stay at Aqua. We stayed the week of July 4th. We loved the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great way to see the wonderful fireworks shot off from the pier. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony is awesome. Our communication with Teresa was great. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I was concerned about going to a popular beach over a holiday week but I have to say it was wonderful. The condo and the beach never felt over crowded. Elevators were quick. The beach chairs were great. Pineapple Willys is a great place to eat. Great service and great view. Thanks for a great place to stay for a very resaonable price.

We had a great stay at the Aqua. The condo unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had all the aminities we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The condo was very quite and very convientenly located near one of the elevators. The elevators were quick, the pools were very nice, the property was well kept. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo unit to others.

Just returned home from Aqua and a rental arranged by Teresa. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. There was a little maintenance issue that she was informed of by the maintenance department as we were on our way to Panama City. She went out of her way to make options available to us to our complete satisfaction. Aqua is a lovely property and is, in my opinion, the best place to stay in Panama City. The grounds and common areas were very well supervised and the cleanliness of the pools, public rest rooms, etc. were as good as I have seen anywhere. The condo we stayed it was very nicely furnished and very well maintained. The best part was, again, our dealings with Teresa. I can't say enough about the positive experience we had dealing with her and would definitely use her again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to Panama City. This was the first time that we were in this area of Florida and I believe that it is now my favorite Florida location. The Aqua is a beautiful condo complex with all the amenities of home. The condo is lovely and the view from the balcony is just beautiful. If you stood in the middle of the living room and looked out through the glass door wall you felt as though you were in the middle of the water. The sunsets were breath taking and watching the dolphins play was entertaining. My only negative comment would be that the balcony should be screened in or the door walls should have screens on them so that you could sleep with them open so that you could hear the ocean waves at night. Other than that I have no other complaints. . .this is a beautiful condo and location and we will certainly be back. Thanks Teresa for your hospitality. . . it was truly a pleasure.

My husband and I rented this condo in August 2010. Aqua resort was very clean and peaceful. I really liked the fact that the owner provided us with the code to the condo so that we could access the room immediately without having to go through the check in process. The condo was very clean and it was evident that the owner takes pride in it. I appreciated the large size of the ensuite bath with dual sinks and separate tub and shower. The location was excellent as it was close to many restaurants, pier park and other attractions. Our favorite part was the complimentary beach chair service that was provided with the rental. Just knowing that we had a reserved spot on the beach with lounge chairs and an umbrella made for a very relaxing vacation. The beach is spectacular. The pools are the perfect temperature. The owner responded to all my inquiries promptly and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process from booking and beyond. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone travelling to PCB.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely condo in Panama City, Fla from 7/3-7/10/2010. The beaches were clean and the water was clear with the added bonus of two chairs and umbrellas included in the rental. The Pier Park was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the fireworks show at the Pier from the comfort (we had rain) of our balcony. Couldn't ask for a better 4th of July.

Wonderful condo with everything you need. Very clean with a gorgeous view. I really enjoyed the spacious balcony. I am usually one that once away from home, I am ready to get back home. But my stay here was so awesome i actually hated to leave. Will definitely be planning to stay at this condo in the future

Our family really enjoyed our vacation in this wonderful, well maintained and well appointed condo in Panama City Beach. We have stayed in vacation homes all over the US, and we found this condo to be a terrific value and a beautiful resort in a great location. From the parking garage to the air conditioned bridge to the resort, we could tell immediately that we were going to be happy with our decision to stay at Teresa's unit, and we weren't wrong. Her condo is exactly as described, maybe better when you step out on the large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Her kitchen has top of the line appliances and excellent utensils considering just being a vacation home. Usually vacation rentals will have cheap dishes, pots and pans, but these were all good quality items that most folks would be happy to have in their own home. The furniture and bedding were of the same quality. Aqua resort is very well maintained and the staff took attention to small details though out the entire resort, to keeping the pool areas always neat and clean to keeping all the public areas clean. The beach service that is included, is a $21 a day in of itself. The resort and parking garage are patrolled by security officers 24hrs. a day, so you feel safe while you enjoy your vacation. The owner's rental policies are much stricter that your average rental, but well worth it as far as we're concerned. My only suggestions to Teresa as to improving her rental is to add a photo of the second bedroom on her listing and communicating with her customers a little more. When we send the deposit and rental amount to her, we had to ask for a conformation that she had received them-both times a week or more after the checks had been cashed. A small thing, but for us never having rented from a private owner and mailing checks to an address other than where the rental was located it gave us pause. We definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quality vacation at a great value!

What a marvelous place to spend a week!! The condo and complex are beautiful and very well-maintained. The owner is extremely attentive and has furnished the unit with everything you could possibly want or need to make your vacation memorable and comfortable. Whether you're having morning coffee on the veranda, relaxing in a comfy beach chair (included in the price!) by the ocean, strolling up and down the beach looking for seashells, enjoying a good dinner and cold beverage at one of the many restaurants within walking distance, or playing a round of golf or a tennis match nearby, there is truly something for everyone. I can't wait to return for the fourth time this summer....I only wish I could stay longer!!!
