Welcome to Boca Grande, our Penthouse Suite is 2097sq ft and is located in the newly designed community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square. We can gladly accommodate up to six or eight guests. It has been elegantly and professionally decorated with many vibrant colors for your enjoyment. While on vacation or on a business trip, we have provided excellent comfort and style for your visit to Orlando.

We have three bedrooms and two baths. The large Master Suite has a King Size Bed and a very spacious private bath. Our second bedroom has a King Size bed and is very lovely. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom is located just outside of these two rooms. We also have a business center for your convenience and this has a fullsize sofa bed for additional guests. All bedrooms have a 32" HDTV flat screen with DVD players. The family room has a 50" HD flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment and relaxation. We added a computer for your use while in the privacy of our condo and offer wireless internet. Our kitchen is totally equipped for the gourmet chef (with a spice rack) or if your just looking for simplicity while away from home. Our lanai is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. There is an elevator for convience.

Location, Location, Location, we are nestled among many and various activities. We are adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, directly across the street from the exclusive Shingle Creek Golf. And minutes from all the Disney Theme Parks. (5 min. to Universal, 10-15 min. to Disney)and all surrounding parks. International Drive is a block away and has all kinds of dining and activities, you can enjoy.
Shopping is also very conviently located minutes from us including Millenium Mall and many outlets with famous brand names.

  • Beautiful!!!!! This condo unit is one of the best and biggest my family has every stayed in. It has everything you could need and more. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Also, the kitchen has all top of the line amenities and is fully stocked. You only need to bring your personal items~ the unit even comes with beach towels! We did not want to leave and would love to stay there again.

  • We stayed here for 10 days in July. We loved the condo and the property. The condo was spotless, very spacious, well laid out and we would return in a minute. Great service from the management group upon arrival.
