A wonderful property that was immaculate. Beautifully decorated to high standards throughout , spacious with all the comforts you require.We wanted for nothing! In an excellent location, the Vista Cay is an excellent base and the facilities are superb.Excellent for couples andfamilies alike. Would recommend to anyone and will definately be returning once again :)

The condo was clean, large, and well-appointed. (I think it had 10-foot ceilings!) The huge sectional couch would fit at least 8. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The pool is fantastic. We were there during a slow week so it was an amazing value. We will likely never stay at an overpriced Disney hotel again because this condo is nicer, and its location is phenomenal: you can quickly access Universal, Disney and the airport. There is a nice big Publix right next door, and Whole Foods is about 10 minutes away. We are experienced vacation home renters, and we were impressed. No lake view (you will probably have to pay more for that). Didn't invest the effort necessary to figure out the thermostat, so it ran a little cold. Salt and pepper shakers were empty.

Beautiful condo! Had everything you could need. Was very spacious. The resort itself was awesome! Owner was very pleasant and responded very quicky to questions. Hope to rent this condo again!

We highly recommend this rental. We took our daughter and family to Disney and Universal and it was very convenient and close. Also the pictures are just what you will find - gorgeous place - clean and well-maintained. Restaurants and shopping located nearby. The owners were very easy to work with and replied quickly to our questions. We had a 5 yr old and 13 yr old with us and the place was very spacious for all. It was very quiet and relaxing! We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the condo in March 2011. We were very pleased with the property. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. The photos accurately reflect the rentals appearance and amenities. It is clean and well maintained. The grounds of the complex are beautiful Super pool - and from what we hear - they are getting a snack bar at the pool which will be really handy. Shingle Creek Golf Resort has a great restaurant - and is less than a mile from the condo. The Publix grocery store is across the street. I highly recommend this condo.

Our wonderful stay at Vista Cay

The property was fantastic. Our 10 day stay at Vista Cay was excellent. All of the comforts of home and then some. Our family of 6, which included 4 adults and two children, ages 3 and 10, were quite comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen is beautiful with stainless steel appliances and cherry wood cabinets. The master bedroom and bath as well as the King bedroom and additional bedroom with twin beds served us well. The property was clean and very well maintained. Our family also enjoyed the pool, fitness area and the basketball court during our leisure time. The condo was close to the theme parks such as Universal, Disney, Sea World, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum and the Orlando Hilton Hotel, which is where our convention was held the August 2010. If your family chooses to dine out, numerous eateries are a stones throw from Vista Cay. Golden Corral, IHOP, McDonalds, Fridays as well as numerous Italian restaurants, pizza shops and the like, are on Universal and International Blvd. Cindy is committed each client and quickly responded and addressed any question or concern I had before and during my stay. The Vista Cay office personnel answered any questions we had about directions, available stores, shopping areas, etc.. I would and have recommended this property to my friends and family. When we visit Orlando again, I certainly hope this property will be available for us to occupy.

We loved the penthouse and the property. Very close to everything that we wanted to see. We previously stayed on Disney resort and wanted to stay off property this time. Glad I found this on VRBO! We will refer you to our friends and family. Had a great time!

Beautiful!!!!! This condo unit is one of the best and biggest my family has every stayed in. It has everything you could need and more. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Also, the kitchen has all top of the line amenities and is fully stocked. You only need to bring your personal items~ the unit even comes with beach towels! We did not want to leave and would love to stay there again.

We stayed here for 10 days in July. We loved the condo and the property. The condo was spotless, very spacious, well laid out and we would return in a minute. Great service from the management group upon arrival.

What a great place! It was 10 minutes to Disney, and 5 to Universal. It was faster getting back to this condo that it was to deal with the bus transportation used for many on site Disney hotels. Last time we stayed in the park, it took us well over an hour to get back to the hotel by bus. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! This condo was 20 minutes tops from the gate of the magic Kingdom to our front door. I would definately stay here again!

After being here a month, we definitely do not want to leave. This is just the most beautiful condo. It was even more than the pictures could show. Absolutely immaculate! The owners have so many special touches for the guests. We can't wait to come back. The owner, Cindy, was just a joy to correspond with. Wonderful experience.

Great Home base for Orlando vacation

We really enjoyed our three night stay at this property. The condo is spacious,attractively decorated and extremely clean. There was more than enough room for three adults and two kids. The unit itself is well situated on the top floor, in a quiet corner unit. The kitchen was beautiful - high quality countertops and appliances. The concierge service at Vista Cay was helpful to us. The kids really enjoyed the attractive pool area at the clubhouse, and the gameroom. Vista Cay is conveniently located near the Convention center, theme parks, restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again- it was a great family alternative to a traditional hotel.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay while vacationing in Orlando. It is very easy to get to from the Airport, Management was very helpful not only with directions but during our entire stay. The property is centrally located to many attractions and is very clean and spacious. We were a total of 6 people staying and even had room for 2 extra overnight quests who decided to stay one night. everyone was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the updated kitchen. The condo had all the amenties imaginable. The clubhouse was wonderful along with the large well maintained pool and the grounds had a beautiful path for joggers/walkers that went for quite a distance along the lake's edge. After a long day of shopping or amusement parks this condo was a pleasure to enter for the rest of our evening to kick back and relax. We will certainly stay here again!
