Desert Home with Amazing Views of Sedona Red Rocks and Mingus Mountains. The home is located in the heart of the 'Turquoise Triangle', Jerome-Cottonwood-Sedona, of the beautiful Arizona Verde Valley.
Very close to the beauty of Sedona but away from the tourist crowds, the home is nestled in the rolling hills of Verde Village in Cottonwood, 15 minutes from Downtown Sedona, 10 minutes to Red Rock State Park and 15 minutes to Jerome, a Historic Ghost town now turned art district and minutes from the up and coming wineries.
The home sits atop a mesa that affords a breathtaking view of the Sedona Red Rocks to the East and the Mingus Mountains to the West. This place simply offers a paradise for people with all types of interests, from swimming in the summer in awesome natural pools to hiking, biking, exploring, gallery shopping, home cooking and fine dining. You name it, the Verde Valley has it.
Our home is large and spacious and offers a breathtaking view of the Sedona Red Rocks. And as an added bonus, our home is centrally located to all of the Verde Valley attractions, including Jerome and Wineries.
