Bring everyone and have a family reunion! This unit sleeps 15 (you can sleep an additional 7 if you rent the downstairs unit too). It is outfitted with families in mind. Every kitchen amentity provided - all appliances (including dishwasher and washer/dryer), microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, food processor. We even provide the detergent for the washer/dryer and dishwasher, and coffee, tea, salt, sugar and other spices.
Our house boasts sleeping for up to 15 persons, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 tvs with cable, vcr, dvd, video library, stereo, video game system, free local calls, bbq, 3 decks, outdoor furniture, beach supplies, outside shower (with hot and cold water) and more! Best of all there is offstreet parking for two cars!
Need to sleep more than 16???? Rent the downstairs owners apartment too! The apartment adds 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 7 sleeping spaces!

- Air Conditioning : We have plenty of window units plus a floor unit. The living room and dining room each have their own unit which cool the first unit level. Additionally the living room, dining room and kitchen have ceiling fans. The 3 bedrooms on the middle unit level each have a window unit and ceiling fan. The top unit level has a floor unit and stand fans. We replace the units every couple of years to ensure they are in good order for our guests.

My friends and I rented this property in the summer of 2002 and we were MORE than impressed with it! The property is very spacious, the bedrooms were perfect. It was one of the rare properties we looked into that had a queen bed in practically every room! It really does sleep 16 - you rent the entire top three floors with the top floor having the most privacy with it's own 3/4 bath. Parking in the back is a little bit tight - you can park 2 mid-size cars. The time of year we went (early September) there was NO problem parking right in front on the street, though. The location is perfect - just two blocks from the beach at the less congested end of the boardwalk, but convenient to all activities. The kitchen/BBQ area was top notch! We did a little shopping at the store for main dishes, but all the utensils and cookware was there for us and in perfect condition. They do allow pets - we brought our friends boxer/shepherd mix and it was no problem whatsoever. The bathrooms (and the property in general) was very clean, and well decorated. Bright, contemporary colors, hardwood floors, berber carpets...all very nice! They do not have central A/C but do have many window air conditioning units that cool the entire house without a problem! We even found ourselves turning the A/C off at times because it got too chilly! Bottom line – for the price at the time we could not believe how beautiful this place was! We would have expected to pay much more for such a convenient, updated beach house. Our only regret was not calling sooner to book the house for next year and missing out on being able to stay there again! DEFINITELY recommend!!

This is a great house and my 16 month old son had a great time on his first trip to the shore. We'll dfeinately be back here again next year. Our dog Jake enjoyed the house too!

We enjoyed the house very much. We liked being close to the beach We enjoyed having a very cute house for our three families to visit together. Our vacation was fun and enjoyable. The weather was perfect!
