Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1989
Magic Moon is owned by a Swiss/American family who now reside in Switzerland. They came to work in Costa Rica on different cultural jobs. They fell in love with the area and built their dream home on the beach. 20 years later they have 2 children and due to personal reasons have been called back to Switzerland.
The house is now managed in a joint effort between the popular Hotel Banana Azul and local neighbour Susana.

Having lived here for so long, I forget why people like to come here. I think what is most precious about this space is that you are truly in a unique environment of being on miles of practically deserted beaches while living in a space that encased in a tropical garden.
