Wow, what a surprise as we pulled into the Savannah Shores condo resort to see all of the beautiful palm trees and landscaping! The condo itself was even nicer! Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable (just as the photos displayed) - we had everything we needed right at our finger tips. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning functioned properly and we could even do our laundry just like we were at home. We went to the beach everyday which is a short drive down the road with little traffic. I wouldn't consider it walking distance to the beach due to the amount of stuff we take to the beach each day. But for the very atheltic and mobile person, a jog to the beach and back is definitely doable as my son took advantage of this while we were vacationing. We had our dog Camden with us and he was very comfortable as well. He never seemed anxious when we were leaving him behind because I think he really felt like he was home or close to it. The ground floor condo is perfect for pets when needing to get them up and out the moment you get home or for those early morning outings when they wake you to go outside at 4 am. We even grilled dinner by the pool one evening using one of the two shared gas grills that are available. The place was perfect - I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks so much for making your vacation home feel like paradise for a week! We had an all-around great time! PS: A few attractions to visit are Broadway at the Beach especially Good Time Charlies where we heard a great band two nights that week called Tripod, Senior Frogs and the famous Margaritaville, Barefoot Landing, the new boardwalk (short in length, but very beautifully designed), Happy Hour at the Anchor Inn (we met a guy from our home town Baltimore who retired to MB 7 yrs ago - he filled us in on great places to watch our Ravens play football while enjoying great food and cold beer at great prices), and of course the sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach (we drove down to the end of the road Chestnut St I think, made a quick right and then quick left to the Hilton/Embassy Suites where we found parking and camped at the beach each day for 4 -5 hours. Take a trip to MB and enjoy! Don't forget to check out the shows (we didn't go to any this year, but in years past we really enjoyed Legends and this year they had a new location closer to Broadway at the Beach. Take care.

Comfy Condo in Great Location

This is our second time staying in this well-decorated and comfy condo, and both times have been enjoyable. Excellent location! Relaxing sunroom and plenty of space. We like the added security of a gated complex. We look forward to staying here again next year.

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything esp. Tanger Outlets! Always clean and easy to relax there. This condo is spacious and well equipped. Also it is nice that we can take our dogs with us instead of having to board them. We have stayed here 2 other times and will definitely stay there again.

Exciting week for first time visitiors to Myrtle Beach

Our stay in Myrtle Beach was very enjoyable. The condo was very easy to find and access. It was located very close to Hwy 17 from which you can visit the attractions in both North and South MyrtleBeach. The accomodations were very clean and orderly it felt more like staying in your own home. While in Myrtle Beach we went miniature golfing at Professor Hackers Lost Treasure which had a neat train ride to the top. We also went to the Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Boardwalk at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, the Alabama Theatre where we saw the One Show and would recommend them all. The Apache pier and Pier 14 are also good places to go. The selection and quality of all the food available was outstanding. If you can't find something that strikes your fancy, you have a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's condo. The location was wonderful, very central. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the first floor location worked well for taking our dog outside. Savannah Shores is a secure, quiet, well maintained development. Ivan is a conscientous, obliging owner. Even the weather co-operated this year with little rain and pleasant temps. We would highly recommend this condo.

we had a wonderful time in M.B. and enjoyed our stay in this clean and beautiful condo. everything we needed was provided. We hope to visit again soon and certainly recomment this property and all the nearby restaurants and golf courses!

We enjoyed our stay at Savannah Shores, the condo was beauitful. So very clean and everything you would need. We enjoyed the Pool and Gym very much the property is very beautiful and well taking care of. Love the gated community, and the beach so close. Our Dog Hunter felt at home. We had a wonderful stay, we vacationed before we moved our twins into their dorm rooms at ccu. Also the market and stores are so close you could walk. I highly recommended this condo.. Thank you to the owners for making it a wonderful week.

Stayed May 28th- June 4th, 2011. The condo was just as described and very clean. I loved the location because anything we wanted to see or do was within a reasonable distance. I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to leave. A great home away from home.

I've spent several years at Savanna Shores #142430. My last visit was 5//11. I have never been disapointed during any of my stays. I HIGHLY recomend this unit. It is well kept and maintained.

We just returned from this beautiful condo, and would highly recommend it to anyone, who wants to be within walking distance of beach, stores and resturants. Golf is just across the main HWY 17, and we would recommend this course. The condo is exactly as described, clean and well maintained, with lot of attention to detail. I found the owner to helpful, and prompt in all my enquiries to him. We enjoyed the pool area and found to be very friendly and welcoming. It was great to be close to the Tanger Outlet. This is a great place to stay, and we will definitely be back, just a matter of when.

Went for spring break, our daughter had 2 track meets at Myrtle Beach High school. The condo was absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and beautiful and felt like home. We were able to take our little dog which was nice. She doesn't board well. The pool was cold but we were able to lay by it a few days. It was very clean and inviting. We did cook hamburgers out by the pool one evening and that was nice. Look forward to staying there again next year for the track meets again. The pics are as it looks, not from 5 years ago. Definately recommend this condo!

Our stay at Savannah Shores was great! The condo was really nice and accomodated us very well. It looked just like the pictures and was really clean. We were very comfortable there and did not need anything extra. The owner was very helpful with any questions that I had and very easy to work with. The condo is in a great location and we did not have to go far to get or do anything. I especially liked being near the outlets. It was especially nice to be able to take our dogs with us instead of having to board them. They enjoyed their stay. We will look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Savannah Shores. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Each bedroom had a lot of storage space for all of stuff. It was also nice that every room had their own bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I have nothing but positive comments about the room and the property. Given the time of year we were not able to use the pool but it looked very clean and inviting. There were plenty of parking spots available close to the condo. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and close to the outlet mall. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful condo at Savannah Shoes Resort. The first floor location was just what we needed. We were able to enjoy our vacation with friends and family that were staying nearby. Hope to do it again sometime in the future. The teens were comfortable in their room and were very happy to have their own television. Plenty of room to invite everyone over for dinner.

What impressed me the most about this condo is not just the beautiful use of color in decoration, but how CLEAN it was. In hotels, I never go barefoot and I didn't think twice about it in this condo. My five colleagues and I were very happy with our stay here and hope to make the visit annually...at least!

4/26/2009 Enjoyed a very relaxing and stress free visit at this condo! The onwers have made sure that all the amententies of home have been provided. It is like being at home in your very own beach retreat. Location is great, short distance to the beach, shopping and nightlife. Very nicely decorated and includes an equipped kitchen with a great coffee maker! I would highly recommend this property when looking for a great beach retreat!Much more relaxing than a cramped motel room. There were six adults in my party and there was more than enough room for us!!!

Great condo with all of the comforts of home and then some in a great location. Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. This place has the feel of someone's home rather than someone's rental property. My wife and I stayed here for her to run in the Myrtle Beach half-marathon. This was far better than staying at a hotel and she got much more rest than she would have with ice machines and elevators right outside the door. She beat her time from last year by 17 minutes! We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again. Thanks for making your getaway available to us.

I loved my stay in this condo! So fresh and clean...not to mention beautifully decorated! The location is great; it's close the beach and shopping but still quiet and relaxing. My whole family stayed for the weekend (that's 6 adults and one child) and we had plently of room, and everyone had a blast. My two year old enjoyed the putt putt area, my parents enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the shopping, we all enjoyed the beach! The condo was equipped with everything we needed...cookware, linens, towels..flat screen TV (hello!). Definitely check it out...I can't wait to go back!
